Well I've got a few, mainly industrial revolution, civil war, Great Depression, ww2 and the 80s any of those work for you?

Well for the industrial revolution, I've got a factory worker falling for the owners son, but because their classes are different they're pulled away. Despite that they still date which is a risk because of three things, one class differences, two the workers an immigrant and three two boys together was not a relationship that was looked upon fondly. Also the owner of the factory finds about about their love affair and basically threatens to fire the worker unless they break things off.

For ww2 I thought of doing something in Europe where a young man is trying to hide from the nazis and ends up hiding in the home of one of his father's friend. That friend happened to have a son and the two grow close until the day their house gets search. Will they get caught?

For the 80s, it's a tie between the two being involved in the riots against the treatment of people with aids and being a cheesy 80s love story

How about we do the activist one? That's something I haven't really focused on and I'm curious about it. Plus we can still have fluffy parts in the story to balance out the darker points

So what are you planning for your activist character?

Actually I really love that idea. The idea I had for my character was that his most recent boyfriend had died of AIDS and he currently has it and is pissed about it since he knows that he doesn't have a whole lot of time left. So he goes out to protest. I'm thinking maybe our characters meet at a protest that turns into a riot and the two look for somewhere to hide from the police.
