Asriel cursed.
"Get away from him Fi! He can't be trusted! He's with the RFA!!"

Figura's eyes narrowed. "Asriel.... What brought this up?! Just what made you think he would be part of the RFA??..." She replied.
Little did she know Dylan was approaching to see what was going on.
AND HEARD HER.
-
"I have evidence Figura! Trust me!"
He quickly took a picture of the file and sent it to her.
"Here! See!" -
Figura's heart dropped when she saw it..
"Aww... that little thing Figura.. How.. Did you find it?"
Figura held the phone closer to her ear as she turned to face Dylan who had.. A much darker Aroura.
And was soon approaching her.
"Never mind.. It won't matter.... The RFA will be very glad to know you are returning back to us..
After so, so long.."
Figura took a step back in a panic.
"A-Asriel......" She said into the phone with tears lining her eyes in complete fear as she sense d people around her closing in.
Dylan froze slightly at the mention of his name.
She whimpered as she didn't know what to do when she was surrounded. Her powers wouldn't do much good when she was panicking.
"Please........
Come home."Immediately after, the phone was cut off and the familiar dead beep went through to Asriel's phone..
"Haha.... We got her."
-
After the phone cut off, Asriel still had it to his ear for a few more painful seconds.
Then, he slowly put it down and seemed to stare off into the distance.
But then he returned his focus and quickly stood up, gathering his things and leaving the hotel.
There were some people he needed to visit. -
It was dark.....
Cold.....
Empty......
Lonely........
And damn right terrifying.
"You were pretty desperate huh....? Trusting me, a human so easily. But that lack in knowledge is normal for you freaks isn't it...?" He said and Figura's heart dropped further than you thought it ever could.
The man she saw as Dylan.....
Was now talking to him as the way he really is.
And soon.... The talk went on...
And the more terrified and sad she became.
-
After a few hours, Asriel had finally gotten back in touch with two of his old friends.
Connor was a Lucario.
Anne was a Rapidash.
They had agreed to help him and the three were currently on a small ferry, on their way back to where Figura would be.
After a few more hours, it was early in the morning and they'd finally arrived at a large old hotel building.
Asriel entered without hesitation, Anne and Connor following behind closely.
Inside, it was quiet, so Asriel grabbed a thick metal rod and smashed a couple of windows.
"Ooh Dylan!!" He called out. "Where are you?" -
The elevator opened and soon walked out Dylan himself.
"Oh.. I was wondering how long it would take for you to bloody arrive..." He said with a smirk.
"You were quick to get my file.. Must be pretty infatuated with the Zoruark to do that the following hour... Well....... I have dealt with that beast now. And I can assure you.
I made a pretty good job." He smirked.
-
Asriel felt himself flinch, but tried to keep it cool.
"Is that so?" He said coldly. "Well then, I guess you won't mind me having a little look around then? Right?"
With extremely quick movements, he ran to Dylan and kicked him in the face, before running past him and up the stairs.
Anne and Connor were quick to follow.
When he was on the first floor, Asriel took a deep wiff of the air, tracking down Figura's scent.
But one of the only things he smelt was blood.
So he closed his eyes and pressed two of his fingers to his skull.
He called out to the Zoruark.
"Fi.......where are you?" -
It took a while before he got a mental reply...
"I-Its so dark..... So cold........ I-I...... I don't know where I am...." A weak and obviously crying voice said.
"Im scared........ Everyone seems... A-Against me...... Why........... Why?!"
You could hear her crying.
"Its..... Its s-s-so c-cold....." -
Asriel thought through some senarios in his head before coming to a conclusion.
"She's cold.......does that mean.....she's in a.....freezer?" He said out loud.
Then it hit him.
"SHIT." He yelled before running back down the stairs.
He ran past Dylan, kicking him once again.
Asriel, Anne and Connor sprinted into the kitchen where they found a large door.
It was cold and locked.
The freezer.
"Fuck!!" He yelled.
He knew fire wouldn't be able to open the door.
However, before more words were said, Connor walked towards the metal door and gripped its edges.
"I've got this." He said in a relaxed manner.
With one swipe, the door was off of its hinges and on the ground next to the Lucario.
Asriel sent him a thankful nod before walking into the freezer.
"Figura!" He called out. -
Tiny whimpers could be heard in the far corner..... And teary eyes gazed up at the trio.
"A-A-Asriel....."
In a short distance from then, a shivering woman was curled up and in a great deal of pain due to a plentiful amount of cuts on her arms. Her ears and tail were out and trying to conserve what little heat she had to survive in.
And she seemed as if she had seen or heard things she never wanted to have seen or hear of.
"Y-Y-Y-You came h-home...." She said with more tears falling from her icy gaze....
-
Asriel looked towards Fi and a tear fell down his face.
He rushed to her and gently pulled her into his arms.
For the first time in a while, he revealed his ears and tail and gently started to heat his body up to get some warmth back into Figuras body.
"I never should have left." He whispered to her.
"I'm so sorry." -
Figura felt like she was unable to reply as she was in tears, gripping Asriel tightly as possible when she shivered.
"I...... I....." She whimpered as she buried her head into the crook of his neck.
"I-I was so scared...!" She cried furthermore.
Her form was fragile and weak.... And she hated it.
"P-Please....... P-Please don't leave again....... P-Please.." She murmured.
She wanted to leave..... And be safe... And FEEL safe.....
But she knew.. feeling safe wasn't going to come in a while.
-
Asriel kissed her head.
"I am never going to leave you again." He said, picking her up and walking out of the freezer.
He looked to Anne and Connor.
"Let's go."
They both nodded in response and followed him out of the kitchen and out of the building. -
Figura still shivered a little in his arms, seeming pale still and a little out of it. But... Also exhausted. She was practically falling asleep in his arms within moments when she closed her eyes...
"Stop there.... Subject 707 is crucial to our investigation. We cannot let you leave with the Zoruark." Said Dylan with bruises on his head and a massive group of men with chains and weaponry and guns aimed at them.
-
Asriel turned around to Dylan, spat in his face, and continued walking.
"Go fuck yourselves." He said.
Anne and Connor laughed at them, continuing to walk. -
Dylan narrowed his eyes. He knew that despite the men... Their less developed team won't do anything.
"Ask her about what I said for me......
Let's just say she won't see things the same way anymore...
Especially you and your past." He said, wiping his face.
-
Asriel stopped walking, his heart frozen.
He looked down to Figura.
He had sadness, grief and fear in his eyes.
"What did he tell you?" He asked quietly. -
Figura opened her eyes and looked up at him. In her eyes there was fatigue and.. A little sadness...
"It... It must have been.... Horrible. For you... I'm so sorry......" She whimpered. A tear fell down her cheek.
"B-But.... About the bloodshed for me and your own protection...... I...
I don't blame you... Nor... Do I see you in a bad lighting.
I never could Ash..." She said weakly.
"And I won't now..."
And with that, she gave a sad but sweet smile before she closed her eyes and fell asleep deeply in his warmth now that she was feeling a lessened sense of the cold.
