    Do vampires poop?


    If all they are drinking is blood, there really wouldn't be much waste product to poop out in the first place would there? unless what I am thinking/what I know about blood is wrong, in which case just ignore me

    Maybe they don't just drink blood. Maybe after a long night of neck biting they like to sit back and relax with a sandwich. Especially ones with warm ham, melted cheese, honey mustard and tomato.


    But how could I know? I've never met a vampire in my entire life!

    If all they drank was blood then probably not. Due to the liquid nature of blood and the fact that the particles in it are small enough to pass through cells in the body, the human's blood would probably be absorbed before digestion occurs, which means no poop.


    Now urination? That I have no clue about xD

    well, you also have to think about the fact that they're dead.
    vampires are like fancy zombies.
    zombies don't crap or pee after a meal of yummy flesh i'm pretty sure. they just keep coming for more.
    zombies and vampires both go after the one thing their own bodies crave for.
    for vampires it would be blood, and I think they do absorb the blood maybe like a plant absorbs sunlight?
    and for zombies it's brains, a beating heart, and flesh. maybe the reason being they're trying to eat their way to our souls, since they no longer have theirs. but they can never do it so they just keep eating humans until they can.

    Vampire bats do poop despite their blood diet so I assume vampires do as well? It is the protein content of the blood that is excreted as waste.


    apparently vampire bats have smelly poop because blood has a lot of protein so I imagine the same for vampires.

    this is the most important question that needs to be discussed
    if you block us you won't know the answer to possibly life itself

    [center][fancypost=background:transparent; borderwidth=0pt; width: 400px; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 10px; text-align: justify; padding:; color: ; margin-top: 6px; opacity: 0.95; margin-bottom: 1px; font-family: verdana; line-height: 100%]-- counter argument: zombies are dead, but their bodies are still functioning. were the completely deceased, their muscles wouldn't be working. that means that they wouldn't be able to get up, walk around, and chase people, let alone eat them. so, therefore, we see that organs (the brain is functioning, proven by the fact that they have a drive for food) and other parts are still functional. rigor mortis would have made this all quite impossible lest the body reanimated. their intestines and such might not work as well as in life, but there would still be excrement that would fall out from lack of muscles holding it. constipation may also be a big problem but it's there.


    conclusion: vampires can poop.


    taking into assumption we're talking about the vampires whose lore insinuates they are actually intelligent as opposed to mindless creatures of the night, they may eat other things to blend in or simply for another flavor. perhaps they only have access to the blood of packaged raw meats. while the main key to their diet is blood, there could be other aspects that allow their bodies enough to make a poo.
