notes on sunday:
- he actually can make bird noises? he actually doesn't know why, but when he's #spooked, he let out a loud trill that resembles they typical robin. he fucking hates it.
- he can speak a multitude of languages, but prefers english, latin and enochian, and sometimes spanish
- when scared or embarrassed, his feathers fluff up and he's a big ball of feathers and fur
- it's still unknown as to why he was kicked out of heaven in the first place and born as a permaspawn, or as to why he's too horrible to even be in hell. he knows why, but won't bother telling anyone about it
- ironically enough, he's the angel of light
- voice claim is jacksepticeye, as well as faceclaim
- def irish, but accent is almost faded and forgot most of the lingo

anyways, just putting down some notes about him
- he was originally the first ruler over the nightmare realm- kinda. you see, glitched himself had 'died' of an illness, but came back later on as a 'new' person, pixelatedscreen. pixelatedscreen was the embodiment of glitch's demonic self as well as all his negative feelings, which was a bit ironic since pixel was more innocent and gentle than glitch himself. although he gave over the his rule to both of his younger brothers, funhaus and roosterteeth, he still had major control over the nightmare realm and eventually the dream realm once he came back as glitched and cainsmark had seemingly abandoned the place. he was just in retirement when funhaus and rooster were ruling over the both places, living in the large palace in the nightmare realm. ever since coming back to the real world and living here, he couldn't just take back his rank as king as his brothers took his place. instead he was put as the prince for now, even though his powers extend just as much as rooster and funhaus, and perhaps even more
- unlike his brothers, glitched is just a creature of demon blood (as well as dream demon)
- although he does have his goofy and boyish personality back, it also means that he has his down and dirty personality also. his boyfriends always loved that side of him late at night if you catch my drift.
- he's really fucking kinky okay
- his physical age is 24 months/2 years, but technically is older. but due to his birth body being a dragon, his body ages slower and appears a certain age rather than how old he is supposed to be. he's supposed to be about 3 and a half years, but genetics always slows him down.
- people always think he's quite huge, but he really isn't. he is actually a night fury, or the creature in how to train your dragon called toothless. though he is a bit taller than the average human (thus larger than most creatures), he's actually really tiny for being a dragon, especially a fire breathing one.
- has an addiction to comic books and candies
- forms crushes really easily, but they usually fade away during the next two days. when that special person does come along though, he falls for them. hard.
- also addicted to eating nightmares. throws up if he accidentally eats dreams.

- a response to a frisk headcanon which involves nightmares and funhaus. funhaus isn't so surprised now that frisk comes to his hut every so often when a nightmare plagues them. the first few times were total shocks and filled with hidden guilt as he heard everything that was happening to them, especially nightmares. he was the one to usually give them the nightmares, which hurt him to no end whenever he made the nightmares up. he always tries to tone it down as best as he could, but the natural nightmare fuel that the messenger dream demons (those that actually place the nightmares in a being) always reverts it to it's more powerful and terrifying self that a king would make it. although not creating enough nightmares hurt him in a physical (he feels dizzy, sometimes vomits, and gets symptoms of a flu for a few days) and mental way, he makes sure to not create nightmares for frisk, or at least tries not to make too many. he's even threatened his dream demons and boogeymen to not give frisk any nightmares that are too strong, saying that if they even put a single horrible thing in there, they'll 'be fucking dead'. and they knew very well what a very powerful hybird such as funhaus can do to them. a random rebellious boogeyman would create the more stronger nightmares that frisk has without his knowledge, but once he finds out, they're usually executed by funhaus himself.

not a lovely king as people think he is.

- on the note of being the king of nightmares and dreams, almost nobody knows that the sandman/boogeyman himself is right in front of them. actually, nobody knows of his lineage. the only person to really know was twinskeletons, who at first did not believe such a gentle soul could be a demon, much less anything else horrible. it's why when funhaus encounters someone who's in shock over their nightmares he becomes on the verge of a panic attack because he hates seeing his clan family in such distress

- breakhaus headcanon that funhaus is really tiny next to lirim, and lirim probably calls him 'bite-sized', which both makes funhaus adorably angry and flustered. he doesn't like being called tiny or small whatsoever.

- funhaus' encounter with glitchedcontroller will most likely end up with funhaus in tears and yelling at his older brother for leaving him alone with roosterteeth, and most importantly, leaving him alone in general. funhaus has a serious phobia of being alone/abandoned (monophobia) that stems from his parents' abandonment, and it's why he seems awfully clingy to some, or wants to tell others that they will never be left alone since he'll always be there.

and it's true.

he can't die.

- also on the note on immortality, funhaus has frequent panic attacks when he's confronted with the realization of his immortality. he knows that the majority of his family does not inherit it, or even a longer life-span. he knows that he's going to see his friends and family die off one by one, and it brings him to tears when he realizes he has to watch haiiro and possibly even frisk die in front of him.

frisk would feel very betrayed if they learned that funhaus has been one of the people giving them nightmares, and wouldn't be able to immediately understand why he did it or why he keeps doing it. they would try to see it from his point of view, but wouldn't be able to comprehend it. their trust in him would break, mostly because he had kept this to himself for so long (although, depending on how the news is broken to them, they might be more accepting), and they'd be,, "distant" for the most part. wary of him, at least. they still love him and talk to him, but they just wouldn't be as open with him as they have been and will probably hole up their issues again because of it.

and small child wants to love dadhaus and hide him away from all of his problems and insecurities.

lmao now i have the urge to bring this fucker back because:
A) funhaus will probably go berserk
B) michael jones filled videos oops
C) funhaus crying
D) did i mention funhaus?

funhaus wouldn't even be openly sad or angry at frisk not trusting him anymore. he would know he deserves it and he knows that what he did was wrong. he also knows what it technically isn't his fault because destiny is an asshole who gives him the list of people he needs to give nightmares to and frisk is always on there. he has no choice. he has an urge to do them or else he becomes sick. but hey, he tried to stop to see his child comforted, and it stopped to the point where he wasn't trusted anymore.

and he's alright with that.
he deserves it.
but he won't stop being there for them.
