  • Name: A planet known simply as Morban.

Species: A group of humanoid creatures commonly called Dagons, they have light green skin and slanted eyes which range from dark blue to magenta in color, a few rarer ones straying out of this for more human eye-like color. They are renowned for their ability to navigate the galaxy, many star charts were made by them, and many routes for intersystem travel were made by them as well. The creatures themselves stand up to only five feet tall, the shortest among them down at three feet tall, though this size is deceiving as they are stronger than the average creature. They also tend to be extremely light, as their planet's atmosphere has helium in it and that is the gas they breathe, this lightness actually contributes to their lifting ability, because gravity effects them less, though not enough less that they float of course.
Home System: A system with a red star that is considered a dwarf, but is larger than the Sun, and is only called by the locals The Orb, many religions of the planets still revolve around the sun.
Description: (Unsure of what to put here.)
History: Starting off as an extremely rich planet even from it's start, they discovered star ships earlier than many other planets, and are within the stories and legends of aliens visiting other planets. Their early eras did not last long, the planet's population was focused in only one area, leading to all technological improvements spreading rapidly and being improved on within weeks of them being brought forward. This of course meant that technology spread like wildfire, and within a thousand years they had developed the first gun comparable to a modern one, twenty years after that they reached one of their three moons, and a hundred years after that they colonized another planet. It has been over a thousand years since then, and they are one of the leaders in technology, leading to their advantageous charts and trade routes.
Ambition: They desire to expand their already vast technology to other planets and to bring the galaxy under one umbrella, and then bring the greatest minds together in one solar system, to form a group who will bring them forth into the future.
Leaders: There are three hundred and sixty representatives in their massive council, ten representatives from each planet, and five from each moon. There are twelve planets and forty eight moons under the umbrella that is their massive empire, though the emperor of it all has fifty votes, and his three advisers twenty five.
Fleet: Their fleets consist of only small, quick fighters which are deadly in combat, considered Mark III of the Morbanaughts.
They then have bombers known as Ion Droppers which disable defenses but do not destroy them, allowing captured factories and other facilities to still be used.
Then come their trading ships, massive Frigates called the Vectors. (A Latin word for carrier.) They typically have a crew of ten thousand, and carry much more in crates of cargo, the largest one ever built was the size of an asteroid, and each one is mounted with a minimum of five hundred turrets, with a guard of several hundred or thousand ships.
Signature Technology: Their star charts are the best in the galaxy.
Other: It was fun to make that! Added a bit to the species list. Not sure of what you mean by description.

  • Friend showed me this roleplay thing. Gonna make a planet/species.

Name: Planet A-51. More commonly known as the E-Planet.

Species: Elementals. Most have a True Elemental form, where they become those golem-like things you might expect an Elemental to look like, made up of the Element(s) they primarily control. Most are born with power of one Element, but can learn others later on.

Home System: As the planet is so big, it is the center of a system containing a few smaller planets orbiting it.

Description: An Elemental's physical appearance is humanoid completely, which includes height, face, hair, etc.. Their organs are also parallel to human's, however the percent of the brain they use is much higher, and allows them to control the Elements. There are many different types of Elementals. There are Pure Elementals, which only have the ability to control one Element, however that Element is much stronger than usual. There are Avatars, which were born with the ability over the four main Elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water). There is also an extremely rare species of Elemental; Forbidden Elementals. Many consider them powerful, and others consider them weak. They have control over the five Elements of Existence, which consists of the four main Elements and Energy. Forbidden Elementals, however, do not have True Elemental forms (more about this later).

History: The first Elemental was unknown, though many claim it was Jasonus Amaritz, a legendary Forbidden Elemental which, legend states, had a True Elemental form. This, of course, is only myth, but many believe that, with enough power, a True Elemental form can be achieved, although no proof has been founded. Many also claim that Jasonus created the Elemental Council, consisting of the most powerful Elementals, who ruled over the world. The Elemental Council is still in place today, however there is no head of the council at this time. The focus of many Elementals was wisdom, however some trained hard for fighting. This created a simple society, until Draco Black caused havoc millenia ago. Jasonus defeated him, but used all his strength in the process, dying.

Ambition: Elementals studied the cosmos for millenium, and many tried and failed to reach them. However, around 1000 years ago, Elementals started creating technology that would make space travel possible and easy. They wish to explore other worlds, and this has brought them all under one, civilized government, so to speak. However, there are those who go alone, and train for years.

Leaders: The Elemental Council was supposedly created by Jasonus Amaritz. The head of the council was always a Forbidden Elemental, though many see it as a representation of Energy. The other four in the council were Pure Elementals, of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. They have near complete control over the planet and the people in it. They are currently exploring other worlds and gathering data.

Fleet: Fleets often consist of ships controlled by Elements, however there are some that do not require Elemental input. The ships often have several turrets, along with rockets. The motherships run completely on Elements, and have thousands of turrets and rockets plastered across it. They also have built in shields of Energy, which are extremely difficult to break, depending on what weapon you use. They have miles of storage space.

Signature Technology: Prosthetic limbs that both work perfectly and enhance Elemental power.

Other: Many consider Jason Amaritz, whom's mother is Emberium Amaritz, the prophecy child. The prophecy states that he who is descended of Jasonus shall rise to defeat the true evil of the Elementals. Many do not know what this means, but some assume that Draco will rise again, in some form.

  • Accepted! (BTW, I edited my race a bit cause I noticed that you described the size of your race, Bobar. Thanks for bringing that to my attention :D)

  • Name: The Holy Planet Gorvan, ruled by the Holy Gorvan Empire. [HGE]
Species: A group who share their name with their planet and call themselves Gorvanian.
Home System: It revolves around a blue star which was once their religion, has nine planets in it all dominated by the HGE, and a surprisingly low amount of moons, thirteen.
Description: The Gorvanians are not humanoid creatures... They are tripods, covered in a thick exoskeleton that acts like natural armor, and their outsides are dark brown, the kind which often seems black. They have four arms and eyes, both of which are again unlike that of humans, two of the eyes sticking off the side of their heads on stalks, two of the arms jettisoning out of it's chest. Those two arms are like a literal pincer, with spikes on the side which is most commonly facing downward, though they are far enough apart that those spikes can be used as a weapon no matter what. They are large creatures, no less than eight feel tall, and they do not wear any clothes, as they are not necessary, the beings reproduce asexually. They do not require a mate, but simply recreate a version of them self, a natural version of cloning which surpasses any true cloning known. Despite not wearing clothes the aforementioned exoskeleton is thick enough that they do not need armor, though their ships are extremely bulky to fit them all. They also do not speak like most creatures, talking in a complicating, Morse Code like system in which they clack their jaws or legs, or simply making primitive sounding noises. Their language is extremely complicated, and any outsider who has learned it was forced to clap rather than click, as most lack what they have.
History: Starting off many years ago as much, much smaller creatures the largest of them were the ones who survived, slowly leading to them getting taller and taller over time on their harsh jungle planet they call home. In their early pagan years of life they worshiped the sun, a foolish idea of course but the idea they had all the same, though now they believe differently. It is said that a man discovered tablets, which translated into a message of the true savior, who awaited them on another planet, awaited for them to arrive so that they may have paradise.
Ambition: They wish to find the fabled planet, but also to spread The Truth, they believe that for any non-Gorvanian to reach the promised land, death is required, and they shall deliver death as necessary.
Leaders: They are lead by the priests and priestesses of the church, though each planet has its own small government, the church is above all others.
Fleet: They have only two kinds of ships, a smaller fighter class known as Holy Wrath Fighters, and a large ship armed with bombs and with plenty of cargo space for other items, a class known as The Deliverers.
Signature Technology: The Deliverer class ships often have an artificial garden on board, which allows the crew to survive purely on the ship if used properly, the ships also allowing burning biological things for fuel, so that if the fuel runs out items from the garden can be eaten and used to travel. There are certain plants which do not grow water but produce it, and they are an important part of the system.

  • Name: The Ori Empire, (OE, I suppose)

    Species: The Orions.

Home System: The Orion Constellation and its exoplanets.

Description: The Orions are humanoid creatures, but have much larger natural builds and height. On average, a full-grown Ori weights around 210 pounds and stand at 6'8" (In Earthly measurements). They also have much thicker and resistant skin than any human. They often have blue eyes and blond hair.

History: The Orions started out as a small species, confined to one planet. However, they became driven to takeover all the other planets in the Orion constellation. Eventually, through long wars and the eradication of many species, they reached their goal. They are now known throughout the galaxy as a dominating force, with advanced technology they have stolen from the planets they conquered. Now wishing to expand their reach to further planets, either through allies, ambassadors, or complete domination.

Ambition: To expand their reach to further planets, either through allies, ambassadors, or complete domination.

Leaders: The are lead by their fleet-commander, Ashtar.

Fleet: They have a large fleet to protect their ever-expanding empire, their crown achievements are the 3 fleet-ship destroyers (OES Abaddon, OES Apollyon, OES Lailah), that are borderline indestructible by most means. The weak points are the engines, if they are destroyed, the ship cannot flee and the crew will be left to die in the emptiness of space if now escorts or scout ships can save them.

Signature Technology: Orion's Bow, a powerful laser weapon that is capable of destroying most fleet-ships in a single blast. However, it is only currently used on the surface of their planetary empire, but is being integrated to the commander's destroyer, the OES Lailah.

Other: Revelation 9:11—"whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, The Angel of Death." Apollyon is the Greek equivalent of Abaddon and Lailah is the angel in Hebrew beliefs that guide souls into the afterlife. Just thought you would want to now my inspiration.

Could the Orion Empire allied with one of you guys' species?

  • They could be a trade partner of the Dagons, also accepted! (I'm accepting my own form as well.) If you want proof I have the power to accept simply address Amplifang, anyway, great form.
