    Auto acceptance doesn't have anything to do with litters. Auto acceptance is whether a Clan is forced to accept everybody or not. Litters don't fall under this because they aren't being accepted, they're just there. If a loner wants to join a Clan and the leader doesn't like loners (like in the books) then they don't have to accept them. So yes, they can have a FCFS.
