"Surprise, surprise, guess who's back," the liger would call out quite raucously as he approached the border of the Cartel. The first time he had journeyed here, the wildcat hybrid managed to pick up a pound of coke for fifty bucks. It was a fucking steal and man, he wanted more. But today's schedule was slightly different from last time. He wasn't just here to buy, he wanted to join. After all, joining them would mean he'll have an endless stream of that shit right? Maybe they'll have employee discount cos that's what he was all about.

"It's crazy cos I'm not dead yet, right?" The pale creature would continue with a laugh, half talking to himself and anyone(if anyone was) nearby. Anyway, he was still going to hold onto Boneclan as a home but the Cartel would probably be his main haunts for now on. I mean, they had all he had ever wanted in one place. It was a fucking dream come true.

Surprise surprise! Guess who was gone so long they weren't remembered anymore. Ohhh too bad! Having your name forgotten into the abyss surrounding. How sad. Try again next time! The girl raised a brow as she padded up. "Yeah... Funny story. I don't know you." The girl chuckled and raised a brow, glaring at the pale male. "So explain what your doing here or we might need to talk about something called 'dont intrude on the cartel without purpose...'"

  • [center][fancypost=borderwidth=0px; width: 480px; text-align: justify;][font=georgia]
"You don't remember me cos we never met, silly," the pale wildcat would laugh in response as he took in the form of this stranger, "I was hoping for the other guy, the coydog to come and see me. Or maybe the other two that were around the last time." The canid that sold him coke was real cute, it was a shame he didn't ask for the Cartelian's name or give his own. With a mock sigh, he would continue with a smirk evident on his face, "but I guess you'll do, right? Beggars can't be choosers."

"Wowza, so quick to jump to conclusions, hmm?" There was a difference between efficiency and being plain wrong but he didn't go into detail about that since it probably wouldn't be appreciated. Faust, after all, was an efficient being though he was quite loquacious at times(even so, he claimed that all his words were needed to make a point). "Man, ya'll must get shit on your customer service reviews," the liger continued with a smirk as he analyzed the pushiness of her tone but he actually ended it at that. "But I'll spare you and get to the point," the albino grinned," I'm here to join."

  • "Executor Betty," Bill's voice was harsh as he floated over as he cast a glare at the she-cat. "No matter what Clan someone is in, do not be disrespectful to them." If they wanted to have their businesses in other Clans, they had to cater to any person who came to the border, regardless of what group they reside -- or resided in. Save for some people, like Calvarychoirs. "Am I clear." This statement was more of a demand than a question, of course.
Now, to Faust. Bill looked over at him with a smile. "Sorry about her. Clearly she doesn't have manners." Though then again, he supposed he didn't really have any, either. "Here to join, eh? Well, there is a little initiation you have to complete." Of course, he wasn't mandatory, even if he made it out to be. "So, Faust. Why don't you give the Executor here a hug?" He nodded at Betty.

RYŪSAKI "RYUU" IKURUSABA ━ THUG OF THE CARTEL

[center][fancypost=background-color:; border: 0; width: 430px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8.5pt; color: #c0c0c0]Well, speak of the devil and he shall appear. Except... Faust didn't know his name and Ryūsaki was no devil. He had approached nonetheless, mildly surprised to see that the alabaster liger who had visited them the last time had returned again only to join them. And he had expected to see him too. Blinking his pale blue eyes, he sauntered over shortly after Bill Cipher and offered a friendly smile towards the familiar newcomer. "H-Hi there!" He greeted, his tail waggling behind him as he settled beside the Godfather. Yup, he very well remembered the liger since he sold to him and all. And, in general, Ryūsaki had a very good memory.

xael was fairly sure she'd seen this creature before, though he seemed much more amiable this time. she began to wonder if he was joining for easy access to drugs, but she really didn't see how that could do. if a dealer was addicted to their product, then they certainly wouldn't be making much profit. this aside, though, he seemed to be a good addition. and, this joiner initiation was certainly an interesting one. hugging it out with betty, huh? it was like bill was playing the part of a father. he was the godfather, after all, she supposed.

Bethany huffed and rolled her eyes. Who the hell cared. She didnt. She even stuck her tounge out at bill when he turned his back. If someone snitched on her, fine. She didn't care anymore. Why the hell would she care. This place was full of a bunch of hypocrites that just enjoyed picking on those smaller than them. Despite the fact she was an HP. Where's her respect?! This was dumb!!

The girl growled at the given task. She glared at Bill, snarling at him. "The day he hugs me is the day I skin him alive." The girl threatened. No hugs. Over her dead body. No hugs. No contact. No no no. She wasn't letting some street rat come near her. Heavens know what happened the last time she let that happen.

  • [center][fancypost=borderwidth=0px; width: 480px; text-align: justify;][font=georgia]
Oh man. He felt kinda bad when the yellow guy came out and reprimanded the girl who greeted him. Though there was nothing to apologize for, the liger felt like he had a duty to. Well, maybe later. Anyway, the brightly colored feline was Bill, right? The cartellian boss's name was known throughout the lands, even when he traveled to a different hemisphere. After all, news traveled quick in a world with telepathy. "I wouldn't say that she lacks em," the liger would laugh quite seriously, glancing at Betty. And of course, the famed initiation, Faust did do some research before deciding on the Cartel. "A hug? Aww of course, c'mere honey," he focused his attention on the girl again, it was simple enough, hugs were easy.

However, the appearance of a few more creatures would impede the physical contact for now. One he recognized very well, the other half as well, it was the coydog dealer. "Aww man, look who it is!" the liger would exclaim upon catching sight of the canine, "the world's cutest dealer! It's good to see you man." Grinning widely, the wildcat would turn to Xael and offer another greeting to the femme, "hey there, doll." He wondered, was she a dealer too? Or was she part of one of the other divisions? Speaking of divisions, Faust didn't have concrete plans yet but he knew he wouldn't be able to deal well, unknowingly reflecting the smaller feline's sentiment. He'll have to be in something else, but it was going to take a while for him to choose. "I'm Faust by the way, it's really great to officially meet you guys," he then added, dipping his head deeply into a nod.

Then, he would finally give Betty his undivided attention. The threat didn't faze the liger for a few reasons but mainly because he was overly confident in his own abilities. "It'll be over quick, cupcake," Faust would attempt to persuade with his usual grin playing on his lips, "I swear, my hugs will make your hands paws clap, haha." He would wait for her reaction of course, he wasn't about to hug a someone without their permission. But, if it resorted to force, he'll have to use it right? Faust wasn't aware that the initiations were optional.

The girl retorted to growling. Maura was summoned, landing on the ground in wolf form behind the girl. It snarled at the other, fangs dripping with its usual glowing, pink toxins. "Touch me and I am not afraid to let it attack." Bethany hissed. She huffed and took a few steps away from the older, ears pinned back. "I don't care if godfather lightbulb told you to do it. You touch me, I pull the trigger..."

  • [center][fancypost=borderwidth=0px; width: 480px; text-align: justify;][font=georgia]
Wolves were tiny compared to him but it was much more of a formidable opponent than the smaller feline so he actually thought twice about it. But why not? He had to keep his fighting skills sharp, didn't he? Especially since he wanted to join a place that happened to be hit by so many other clans. "Righty-ho, give it to me," the liger would grin as he appraised the form of Maura, he should be good though. This would be confirmation that his months of traveling and training did not go to waste. "If I win, I'mma take that hug and you're not gonna fight it."
