  • [center][fancypost= width: 450px; text-align: justify;][size=11][font=timesnewroman]This was all rather poor timing, wasn't it? Tama had died only in the last week and already Saltcircles had disappeared, leaving BlizzardClan again leaderless. Stepping into the centre of the camp, the tall Ragdoll cat glanced around at the faces of her clanmates, her own face set in a placid expression. It was difficult to believe that she was the new BlizzardClan leader even if she had been long groomed for the position, having served as Feliks' sole vice-leader months before while Tama was still Head Paladin and Saltcircles was not even a member of BlizzardClan.

    The new position carried a great deal of responsibility, but Sweetophelia was hardly daunted. Her mother had been the High Queen of Westeros once, her father the leader of BloodClan. Even as a child she had wanted so desperately to live up to their names and now here was her chance. "BlizzardClan. Saltcircles has recently disappeared, and I will now be taking his place as your new leader." There would be no time to rest as Sweetophelia intended to take on a proactive role in managing the clan's affairs. "Tama's funeral was still in the process of being organised but it will take place after this meeting, and we will also include other BlizzardClanners who have died - Barry, Misty, and Spectralregalia - as they are all worthy of being remembered and mourned."

    "I need volunteers to go out and inform our allies of this latest leadership change and invite them to the funeral. Don't ask for permission, just state which clans you will be visiting and go. Our current list of allies include ColouredClan, WindClan, SunClan, BoneClan, ShadowClan, the Rift, HawkClan, BloodClan, ThunderClan, RiverClan, and Westeros."

    "There is also a private meeting for high positions and semi high positions in my den, so I recommend that you attend."

    Lumine has left the site and Frosty gave me permission to take over BlizzardClan

  • [center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 375px;][font=andale mono][align=justify]Riddler had been expecting this, and as Sweetgave the call he would be the first to appear, watching his girlfriend with a serious expression. He had a feeling things would be changing a lot now that she was taking charge. He supposed he would have to attend the funeral, however much he had been trying to put it out of his mind - he owed it to Tama, at least. "I'll go to Thunderclan and Westeros," he meowed with a slight nod.

  • [center][fancypost= bgcolor= opacity: 0.5; borderwidth=0px; width: 450px;][font=times new roman][align=justify]Pierce was a bit surprised at the sound of Sweetophelia calling the meeting. He supposed he should have known she would be Saltcircle's successor, but he hadn't given it much thought. Although he was still a bit wary of the Ragdoll, he trusted her and was hopeful for Blizzardclan's future. At the mention of the funeral, the serval hung his head slightly. He didn't want to attend, but he knew he would. No matter what pain it might cause him, those they had lost deserved it. "I'll visit Windclan and Shadowclan," he mewed simply, tail giving a flick.

    #A9BCF5 for speaking
    "Hawkclan, Boneclan, Sunclan and the Rift." The little four moon old had lose her enthusiasm as of late; it was now definite that everyone was leaving. So she just lifelessly added the list of clans she had already been to when bringing news of Saltcircles new leadership and left.

    The names were vague and barely recognizable for the small ragdoll. He hadn't been very involved with the clan until recently as he had no need to. Everything he needed was in his mother's den and he was alright with staying inside the comfort until his natural curiosity grew. But anyway, it seems like a lot of creatures died. Mie wasn't sure if he was supposed to be sad or not, without knowing them he really had no feelings or opinions towards them. As for his mother's promotion, he was happy for her but of course there was also the fear that something would change in their family dynamic.

    The child didn't even consider visiting the allied clans. Mieczyslaw wasn't even capable of navigating around their own territory yet. And though it sounded fun, going to another clan and all, it was just too risky in his opinion. So, the child merely seated himself near his father and listened to see if there was anything more for his mother to announce.

    [center]I JUST REMEMBERED THAT I'M ABSENT MINDED

  • [center][fancypost= width: 450px][font=helvetica][align=justify]"I'll take Colouredclan and Riverclan... Myu.." the sleepy dragon murmured with excitement as she approached, still tired and languid. maybe she'd even see someone in riverclan.

    ALEKSEI

    [fancypost=borderwidth=0px; width: 480px; text-align: justify;][font=georgia]Like his brother, Aleksei didn't really know the names of those people. He had no opinion of them, outside of the fact that they were well-known in the group. Why else would Sweetophelia announce them in this manner? The tabby kitten glanced around at the others present before padding out to join the others in the meeting. He spotted Riddlersgame and Mieczyslaw and went over there to sit by them, his dark eyes thoughtful as he listened and digested the rest of the news.

    A high position meeting? That didn't apply to him, since he wasn't a high position. Addressing allies? Out of the question--he was generally a very cautious person and not exactly prone to risk. There wasn't much for him to offer so he just kept quiet and watched and listened.

    [center][font=times new roman][color=#87b1cf]"NOW DESTINY'S CALLING OUT YOUR NAME."

  • The black smoke was sitting quietly by himself, head tilted up to watch Sweetophelia speak. That was a lot of names and most of the meeting flew past his head. He got nervous at first, wondering if he was supposed to be responsible for something, because some of the other BlizzardClanners were repeating the Clan names. He realized that Sweetophelia's kits weren't saying anything, so maybe he was supposed to stay quiet too. That was fine ... he didn't want any responsibility right now. He did understand, however, that Sweet was now totally in charge of the group now. There was also a funeral. He didn't know what a funeral was, so he decided he would check it out.

    The clan and its members seemed to be dwindling each week. The normally cheerful deputy was now approaching the meeting in a limp, dull manner, tail dragging behind him before he slumped into a sitting position near the new leader. Sweetophelia -- having known her for a little while, the male was at least confident she would make an excellent leader. That is, if she also didn't leave, or pass away. The leadership position seemed to be cursed at this point. Not even bothering to nod, all Mack could think about were his friends that had died, and Tama, whom he had known since he first joined. Years threatened to prickle his eyes, so he stood up after the announcements were done and slowly shuffled off.

    Before that, of course, he murmured, "I'll go to BloodClan." He supposed he ought to act useful in some way, even as his depression was beginning to surface from the recent events.

  • It had only been a couple days, and there was already a leader replacement. It had seemed like Saltcircles disappeared, and the black panther didn't really feel any sympathy towards the disappearance. Alastor didn't even know the leader, heard his name a couple times, but otherwise not much at all. And anyways, why would he care about someone, besides that pretty girl known as Iselotta? He felt no reasons to like anyone but her.

    The masked wildcat padded in, before sitting himself down on the ground at the edge of the crowd. He distanced himself from the everyone else, not speaking up as he stared up at Sweet.

    Oh no, not another leader. This wasn't good. At least it was someone he was acquaintanced with this time. Worry in his hazel eyes, he appeared at the edge of the crowd, sitting down by himself. "Noted."He said, deciding not to volunteer. It would be better for someone more experienced in their knowledge of where the other clans were to give them the news.

    [font='baskerville old face'][align=center]KAMARI DEERLING

    [font='baskerville old face']smart - awkward - kind - nerdy - shy

    [align=justify][font='baskerville old face']Again? What? Kamari was a little worried, as to why so many were disappearing and dying, and now Saltcircles was gone too? He had just become leader too... that was a bummer. Though of course, Kamari couldn't stop herself from smiling. She was proud of Sweetophelia. The other feline had been one of her first friends that she had ever made upon coming to BlizzardClan, and seeing that she was the new leader made Mari feel very comfortable. Yet, the news about funerals had seemed to be sad as well. She could hear others volunteering all around her, to go to allies, and Kamari decided not to since most, if not all, of the allies had been taken already. She took note of the fact that there would be a high position meeting though, and made a mental note to look out for that. "Noted."

    VENEZIANO VARCO

    Ah, so the she-cat that welcomed him and Germanicus to the Clan was the leader now? It was honestly a lot to take in since now shes staying stuff that he could not even comprehend. He padded to sit beside Germanicus, focused completely onto her, and now she's constantly saying about Clans and allies and such. He wasn't sure, but now people are going out to take one, and for what?

    While the almost blind kitten was hearing a lot of other creatures calling out the names, he instantly swallowed his pride, forcing a smile, and finally said, out loud "I-I'm taking ThunderClan!" And he never felt so flustered about others looking at him like this. He wasn't entirely sure why the others are taking something from what Sweet mentioned, but it was best to not even dare question it. He just looked nervously at Germanicus, and it was painstakingly obvious he did not know what he just did.

  • Fabian approached, sitting near Germanicus and Veneziano. She dipped her head, nodding. "Noted." Visiting other clans didn't seem to be a good idea, considering she was so new, so she did not say anything after.

  • Well, this was an unlucky turn of events. First Tama's death, now Salt's disappearance. Wisteria could only hope that Sweet would stay a while. She didn't have much doubt that she wouldn't - Sweet actually seemed pretty comfortable up there. But, she also believed that Salt would never leave, so at this point, the child was being cautious.

    Still, she nodded and breathed out a quiet 'noted'. She sat off to the side, awaiting for someone else to take their leave so she could tag along with them, off to venture the world and have some excitement.
