    "We got Barton Natasha and Captain" he said nodding as he shuts the project off and went upstairs to stall them unknowing to them he was what they had came for. He came upstairs and smiled "Hello Avengers, Tony need a bit of time to look okay, Give him a momment" he said kindly but natasha glared "its too bad he is not the one we are looking for...YOu are" she said as jarvis gulped slightly but showed no worry in his strange cyan blue eyes "We have gotten a small image and video of your dance off with stark from the party. Well ....we have some questiosn for you.....Jarvis" barton said as Jarvis blinked his eyes slightly, great just great.

    Tony put his tools away and raced up the stairs, making sure he had his bracelets to call his armor just incase things got heated. "I'm sorry, Jarvis will not be taking any questions until I know what this is about" he said

    "so your just that lonely stark ? that you make your AI a person ?" barton smirked slightly as Jarvis eyes narrowed slightly muttering under his breath "Not like you guys are much company" he said before coughing slightly. barton glared "You do know how dangerous this ......thing can become right ? The AI that cojtrols the tower, the suites....your damn reactor" barton said sharply.

    Tony nodded "of course I know Barton, I created him" he said "And Jarvis is no different than he was as an AI, as an AI he still had free will to do what he wanted with in his programing. Now he just has a body, and he wouldn't do anything to hurt me"

    "Stark why didn;t you just tell us before hand huh?" askked barton annoyed as captain didn;t look at all pleased as jarvis just stayed ilsent not wanting to say something wrong.

    Tony huffed "maybe I was afraid of this? To be bombarded with doubts and people telling me what to do" he replied "Jarvis is still my co-pilot, and he has as much control over my tech as he was when he was bodiless. Now maybe he can actually protect some people with out having to listen to me"

    The avengers where not pleased but Jarvis spoke up after a bit "I have no intentions of harming anyone or ever would wish to do that. But stark is right all the time when he creates anything you guys are up his ass. Maybe he would have been more open if you had not been. But now you know and you should go and live your lives and leave me and mu inventor alone unless trouble comes and needs a amazing AI and genuis inventor to save the day" he grinend a tease at the last part. The avengers just frowned at him "did he just insult us?" natasha asked surprised as jarvis bit his lip "not offense meant" he squeaked not wanting to get attacked by anyone.

    Tony was trying to keep himself from smirking when his AI insulted the rest of the team. Of curse on the inside he was grinning like the poor role model he was. "Like Jarvis said, if there is no other serious business to attend do I'd like all of you to exit my floor of the tower" he said

    The next day Fury in the morning chewed out stark for creating Jarvis but left the i nventor alone afterwards. jarvis was looking through scans as he sipped on some coffee "Hey friday can you pull up my car files for a second?" he asked as he had a wonderful plan for that car.

    Tony sat there, with a plastered on smile; gliding through the scolding with easy. He was glad to be left along afterwards as he needed some time along for a bit. "Of course Jarvis" the younger AI replied pulling up the files.
