900 seconds before I can post that's 15 mins. That's a bit excessive because 180 secs would be a better number but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't go that low. 360 is probably more realistic. I know your trying to stop spamming but this is kinda of a turn off for all new members having to wait 15 mins after every post.

It should only affect new accounts, but I don't know how long it'll take for your account to not be limited.

i'm unable to post on my main account bc of the damn 15 minute time limit thing. it's probably not a good idea to restrict new members and how much they can post. if i found this when i first joined, i would have immediately given up and left the site. i see the reasoning, but it's not a good idea
