"After years of police work, we officers often can't help but be influenced by the cynicism we feel."
{Scratching the Surface}
"Detective Evan Tully, of the Police Department here in town."
Age (Mental, Physical, Chronological/Biological):
"Well, they're all one and the same, I guess. 34."
Sex/Gender:
"Male."
Body modifications (Tatoos, Piercings, Scars, etc):
"They're not allowed on the Force, something I agree with."
Physical disorders/Cronic illnesses:
"Nope. Have to be healthy to be a Policeman."
Original species:
"Human. What else would I be?"
Initial rank:
"Well, we on the force start out as Cadets..." Police Officer
"Well, aside from a little stress, a little PTSD, and a little depression, I'm as happy as a clam!" Extremely Depressed, but won't show it.
Traits (3 positive, 3 negative. Neutrals are optional):
Very brave, courageous, kind, and helpful. Alone, though, he's very depressed and guilty over every life he's taken as an Officer. He knows he can't save the world, and he hates himself for it. The ends do not justify the means for him.
Personality overall (1+ paragraphs. Remember though, quality over quantity):
Usually a very kind and cheerful man, he's often seen around the office with a cup of coffee and a smile, and wants everyone to be just as happy as he is. He's considered the pride of the Department, and everyone says he's next in line to be Police Chief when the current one retires. But he doesn't have a family, and years of keeping the peace have taken their toll on this happy soul, leading it to the darker edges of despair. At his apartment, he often sits in his chair, a shot of whisky in his hand, and stares at the gun on the table, wondering if he should just end his misery now. He's good friends with his old partner, Alexander Anderson, and they're the only person to see this darker side of him. it's usually them that keeps Evan from ending his own life. But, every morning, the Detective wakes up and puts on his uniform, grabs a cup 'a Joe, and heads to the office, cheerful as ever.
History (Optional):
"Well, my record shows. I was a Jail Guard in my early 20s, and boy did they like me! I never did any prisoner wrong, and they all preferred me to any other cop who came in. Needless to say, they weren't very happy when I told them I had gotten a job here as a full-time cop. that was probably about 27 or so, so 7 years on the force here. It's a nice place, although some weird stuff happens a lot. Records of people showing up at the hospital with neck marks... But vampires don't exist, right? probably just some wannabe nerd who likes to go on rampages and try to be cool. My old Partner, Alexander Anderson, and I were on a case a while ago. I told him to drop it, but he wouldn't. We eventually let him go, and He quit the Department. The shrinks here have labelled him as insane, but I don't know..."
Family:
"My father, Gerald Tully, and my mother, Hannah Tully, both live in the farm, a good day's drive away or so. Didn't need them worrying about me. And I got a little sister, too, Abigail, who lives with them still, since she's only 16. She says she wants to visit me, and how could I say no to her?"
"Straight. Got nothing against the LGBTQ community, though."
Crush/Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Colourful friend:
"Not yet. Don't think I'll ever be ready for that."
Former relationships:
"I had a sweetheart in high school, but we went our separate ways."
Status:
"Single."
Spudbob
Activity/Muse level:
Again, very high.
Other shenanigans (Character related or not):
Y'know, I'll probably make his Sister, Abigail, too, one day. After all, Vampires love sweet young teenage girl blood, right? :3 Additionally, I'll probably make her as a Hunter, under the tutelage of Alex.
