  • Çelina needed something to take her mind off of everything happening recently and studying was a great way to do so. A fierce look of concentration graced the femme's features as her gaze swept the herbs at her paws. She had spent the morning gathering all she could find. It had been a bit of a challenge, with the weather just beginning to warm, but winter still looming, and now the sun was just a few hours after its highest point in the sky. "Borage," she murmured, pulling a leaf that was rough around the edges from the pile. Setting it to the side, she continued with the long roots of her favorite herb. "Burdock. For infection." The wolf moved it into a group along with the yellow-orange marigold flower, also with the same use. Next, a long stemmed, white flower. "Feverfew. Used for fevers." Probably one of the easiest to remember in terms of what it did. "Juniper berries." Also easy, but in terms of identifying. It took her a moment to recall what the dark blue berries were for. "Bellyache, I think. Yeah." Now, only a few more. One, a root, but shorter and rounder than the ones belonging to burdock. "Chervil root." A purple flower, also with a longer stem. "Water... watermint." The last, she knew immediately. Mini tree, striped pattern, similar to bamboo. "Horsetail." Finally, she had gotten it down. But, it remained in front of her, separated from the others, along with the borage leaves, chervil root, and watermint. "Hm," she hummed, brow furrowed, as she searched through her memory for the uses to these last few.
