  • Leenalee got distracted by his snores, causing for her to open her eyes. She looked down at her friend who rested on her lap. He'd grown the last time they meet, but she could still find small traces of his childish features. 'I really hope he doesn't change too much' The teen thought to herself as she kept combing him hair

  • Ozzy kept peacefully sleeping with his head resting onto her lap as he turned his head to the side and started to mumble something lowly, nuzzling Lee slightly and stretching his arms forwards just a bit as he mumbled, before dropping them onto the ground again and going back to snoring.

  • She shook her head at his actions, but couldn't help but smile. Having Ozzy look so relaxed caused for her own eyes to droop. "A short nap won't hurt" Leenalee muttered to herself as she finally closed her eyes.

    *SKIP*

About an hour had passed when Leenalee finally opened her eyes.

  • Ozzy was groaning, starting to wake up around then and stretching, yawning and sitting up quietly, rubbing his eyes tiredly. "Mmgh... Leelee?" He said as he got up, looking around and seeing her behind him, smiling and waving at her before yawning again.

  • She yawned as well and stretched her arms upward,"That was a nice nap!" Leenalee grinned at him and stood up to wake up her sleeping legs. "Luckily we still have enough sun light to see the dirt road, so we'll be able to make it back." She muttered to herself when her attention was towards the sky and the forest around them. She had opened she would of only napped for a couple minutes, but it was clear that more tome had passed. They were alone in the forest and the only sounds that were made her that of the small creatures inhabiting it.

  • Ozzy looked at her quietly and nodded, sighing and continuing to rub his eyes before he looked back at the car right next to them, smiling and poking at the door before he asked her, not seeming too accustomed with cars either- it was true that he always walked from his house to the town and vice versa either way. "Um, how do you open this again? I forgot... That or I'm too sleepy.."

  • she giggled at his little dilemma and went over to his side. "All you need to do it pull on this handle." Leenalee pointed at the door handle. She wanted him to be able to figure it out on himself, but that doesn't mean she can't lead him.

  • Ozzy quietly nodded at her, looking at the door and pulling on it, jumping back seeing as it opened and laughing awkwardly, nodding his head slowly again. "A-Ah, I see..."

  • "Look on the bright side! You learned something new" She encouraged as she also hoped into her truck. "Want me to drop you off at your house?" Leenalee offered, starting up her truck with putting her keys into the ignition.

  • Ozzy looked at her as she asked that, laughing awkwardly before he told her. "I-I mean, you can drop me off at the end of the town and I can walk there on my own too, it's hard for cars to come in and out of there every now and then, you know? I mean... You can try, but... Yeah!"

  • "I'll get you as close as I can so you won't walk so far." She smiled at him, keeping her eyes on the dirt path. There were a few bumps and uneven ground, but for the most part it was a smooth ride. "The sun will be going down soon, it would be tough to walk in the dark."

  • Ozzy nodded at her with a small smile marking his face as he looked to the side, taking a deep breath and puffing his cheeks out before he said, with his eyes closed. "I'm a big boy and I can smell my way to home too, you know. Hmph."

  • Ozzy nodded at her and then looked over, smiling awkwardly as he blinked a bit. "Y-You really think of me as a big boy, Leelee?!" He looked more amused than disrespectful or mocking.

  • She nods her head. "of course." She smiled at him and focused her attention back to the road. "Is the path to your home the same as last time?" Leenalee asked wanting to verify so she wouldn't take the wrong path back to her home.

  • Ozzy nodded at her, smiling and starting to bob his head left and right, humming a tune to himself lowly as he grinned widely, mumbling something lowly every now and then.

  • The path was getting a bit too rugged even for her truck. "I'm sorry Oz. But I think this is as far as I can get you. I don't know the roads that good from here and I don't want to risk getting lost on my way back" Leenalee told him as she stopped her car. She was feeling a but guilty for not dropping him off at his house like she'd promise, but the sense of getting lost scared her a bit more.

  • Ozzy nodded at her, frowning slightly but waving it off and smiling at her, getting out of the car before he told her. "It's okay, I knew you wouldn't be able to take me to home either way! But you said you would, so I thought what if you did- either way, it's fine, Leelee! Can we meet up tomorrow?"

  • Still feeling guilty for not keeping her word she nods her head at his offer. "Sure! I'll meet you at the tree like always" Leenalee grins as she changes the gears of her truck.
