  • Having recently just "joined" Shadowclan, the young tiger still was getting used to the life that these cats and dogs and practically everything lived. Ezekiel, or as he called himself sometimes, Zeke, also was still getting used to his ever growing body. Every once and awhile the tiger would step down harder then intended and make a loud noise, startling off any nearby prey, or he would sometimes misjudge an attack on prey and miss. But even with the many adjustments, there came many more things that either got easier, or things that he couldn't do but can now do. Those things may have been the fact that he could kill larger animals, or he could carry more prey back from a hunting trip, or a bunch of other stuff. One thing that Ezekiel could still not adjust to was talking to others. He often spent his days out hunting, even at such young age, or just watching mock battles between the elder animals and younger animals. On this particular day, he didn't do either. Instead, he just sat under the sun, and thought. Sometimes he just thought about stuff, but today was different. The only thing that was on his mind was the other group. That other group, he soon found out was called Thunderclan. "Why didn't they want me? Was it because I am too big, or is for some other reason. " Whatever the reason why, if the two groups ever meet up in the heat of battle, he would be sure to have no mercy for anyone. Ezekiel, feeling a sudden, and semi-sharp pain in his stomach, got up and headed over to the fresh kill pile.

[color=#94B7BF][center][fancypost=bgcolor=transparent; width:300px; border:0px dotted white; text-align: justify; padding:5px;]Finch understood what it was like to be new to a group. She had been new to Shadowclan a mere month ago, but now she was a high position - a Shadehunter.

At the sight of the tiger, she realized that she didn't recognize the male. She flicked a large ears and trotted forwards on short legs, smiling at the male. "Hello. I don't believe we've met! I'm Finch.

  • Seeing the small, white cat approach, but not expecting her to say anything to him, Ezekiel was startled. As he he looked down at the female, he couldn't help but stare at her stature and size. Before he looked plain awkward and somewhat creepy, he finally replied to her. "Hi there Miss Finch. I don't believe we've met, I'm Ezekiel. Nice too meet you." After this point, that was only a couple of people that had actually approached him out of sheer honesty, and if they did approach him, it was most likely to berate him with questions about him, which he didn't necessarily mind, but it did kind of get annoying after so many times.

Finch commented, offering the large male a smile, before approaching the pile of food herself. She was hungry as well, and figured that this was as good a time as any to get to know him.

"Where 'ya from, Ezekiel?" she asked, selecting a small robin to eat, plucking it from the pile, and leaning back.

  • "Thanks!" Ezekiel replied as he grabbed a fairly large animal from the pile. Soon after swallowing a chunk of the squirrel, he answered Finch's question. "I don't really know. I believe I was owned by a "twoleg" as you call them. But then one day, they just dropped me off in a forest." Talking about them made him remember how they just abandoned him, after all that time, they just ditched him. After realizing that his anger was starting to show through his lips starting to curl. "Sorry about that ma'am." he mumbled silently. "Where do you come from, Finch?" he added, feeling like he should change the subject quickly. This Finch character was an interesting one, as she didn't seem the least bit scared or at least somewhat afraid of the tiger.

Finch smiled up at the male, and lowered her hindquarters to the ground. She was rather hazy about her past - not because she didn't like to look upon it fondly, but because hse was so young - she just didn't remember a lot of it.

"Well, I was actually born in Bloodclan! My father is Valentine." she said, smiling softly. She cocked her head though, repeating his story in her head. "But my story isn't as cool as yours!" she giggled, shuffling her small paws.

[color=white]finch is fairly easy to get along with. she is laid back and socially awkward in some situations. she is friendly to clanmates, but ruthless to enemies. since she is smaller than most, she prefers using her intelligence to assist in battles - this includes strategy and battle planning.

  • "Valentine? That is an awesome name! No, I bet yours is much cooler. You probably got to experience much more than I did." he said. He swallowed the rest of the squirrel and sat down, his tail, seeming to have a mind of its own, thumped onto the ground, but then began to twitch as he warmed up to the little female. "I think my mother's name was Shiva, but I didn't know her that well, I was separated from her shortly after I was born, or so I was told." Ezekiel added.

"My name? It's Finch! Like the bird!" she laughed, lowering herself to the ground, stretching her short legs out in front of her, crystal visionaries sweeping over the striped male. She was enjoying the conversation, he seemed like a nice guy with an interesting backstory.

"I'm sorry that you were separated from your mother. If it makes you feel any better, I can't even recall my mother's name." she said, smiling gently.

  • oc: sorry bout the late reply.
ic: "Aw, no it's fine, I don't mind it, actually, I embrace it. I think it makes you different, sort of gives you a chip on your shoulder, at least for me it does." he said, then added, "But, enough of that, what about you? What do you enjoy?" Zeke always thought that if you thought you had a weakness, then that thought was your weakness, not the thing you thought was your weakness. The tiger never liked bringing up his past in detail, but he didn't mind giving people the gist of things.
