"Goodnight." She took a deep breath. "I love you." She closed her eyes, exhaling gently. Her lips fell into a satisfied relaxed state as she enjoyed his warmth.

//Timeskip! *Enthused screeching from distance*
-
Lennox awoke bright and early. They had one final trek to complete. They had been halted by the huge demon a day ago. She felt refreshed and rejuvenated. Untangling herself from Zygax she began to dress.
-
Without the presence of Lennox, Zygax too rose out of his slumber. "Ugggh..." He sighed as he lifted himself out of bed, he hadn't wanted to since he had started cuddling Lennox every night. He wanted to cuddle all day. "Good morning, my love." He started getting dressed.
-
Lennox smiled, "Morning commander." She winked, knowing the word had more than one meaning now. She walked over and traced some of the scars on his back as he put his top on. Lennox was dressed now and ready to lead the unit out of their temporary spot. She had to check on Myv, then they'd be ready.
OOC: My parents are at the Vimy Ridge thing today and left me behind :<

Myvillion had been up for an hour, the Northern camp already dismantled and the group ready to go. Currently, he was speaking with two of his men, one of which had a broken trap in his hands. The head hunter looked exhausted still, rubbing the spot between his eyes. Lennox would have caught the tail end of the conversation/
"--I'm telling you, wolves don't make these marks! I know they can be intelligent creatures, but I've never seen anything like this!" the larger hunter exclaimed.
"Yes, yes, I know.. Two more of you will scout ahead instead of the usual two.. We'll ad-"
"But Ser, you don't undastand. The twins didn't return from da patrol early this morning! We are-"
"Only concerned, I know," Myvillion's voice grew harsher, "We'll alert the army. Tighter formation or.. something I don't know!"
The wind picked up for a moment, but faded. -
You poor baby...
Zygax chuckled when she called him commander. He had finished putting in his armor and clasped his sword around his waist. "Well, do what you need to do while we pack. Then, we can set off." He walked out of the tent and started bossing people around.
-
Well sorry I'm jealous I don't get to go to France... Lol.
Lennox exited the tent and began to walk towards the other part of the camp where she'd find Myv. He was talking to some of his trappers. As she walked up she caught some of the conversation. What the hell are they talking about? "Myv!" She called, sauntering up. "What's this I hear of an unidentified animal...?" She asked, wondering where Doe was situated the night before.
-
You could always drive a little south and come to the country that bailed France out of WWII!
-
Or you could drive a little North to the country that conquered Vimy... :P
-
//Or-Or, you could drive/walk a little ways to get food. I like that idea! ^^
-
It was 170,000 to 40,000. Of course you won. That's like me beating up a 1st grader.
-
"Lennox!" Myvillion smiled slightly, pushing his hair back.
"Lady Lennox, all of our traps are broken. The markings aren't wolf-like, and we don't know of any other creature that could be doing this!"
"I'm telling you, they could be wolf markings. They are broken at the joints." He countered.
"The joints.. Either those wolves are really smart, or it was the work of people."
Myvillion hissed under his breath.
"Then examine the traps again. Look for anything that isnt the material we make the traps out of. If you find anything, report to me immediately."
The first hunter nodded, leaving. Myvillion groaned.
"Ser, there had been a higher concentration of wolves recently too, more than the first attack. None seem hostle though. Just wary."
Rubbing his head once more, Myvillion hummed angrily.
"Then like I said, warn the troops. I have not traveled all the way from the North, to the capital, and to here only to fail now." -
Lennox observed. It looked like he had everything handled. "-And we won't." She added, with a determined look. "I'll send a guard to warn the other side of camp." She offered, nodding at a surrounding guard. "Other than that, we are all ready to go."
-
"He did have one other concern." The hunter told her. This large man was Myvillion's second in command, and whatever he said ticked him off.
"Its.. not important trust me." He rushed.
"He said there were reports of snow towards our destination. Northern snow."
"Please, its just snow. Its probably nothing." Myvillion told her, though worry did pang in his chest. It was almost visible.
"Still, we think we should proceed with a bit more caution. There may be northern forces at work."
"Yes, but its most likely nothing. The North hasn't expanded territory for 200 years!" Myv nearly yelled, but contained it to the new of his ability. -
Lennox folded her arms across her chest. "Northern snow isn't something to take lightly. We just have to beat it. If we wait, it's going to become more difficult." She tilted her head, "If the kingdom gets in our way, we have our army alongside us. No doubt our joined forces will crush them." Lennox reassured, motioning to her men to start forming formations.
-
The second in command nodded, taking his leave.
"It's not the snow I am worried about Lennox. Its what creates the show that scares me beyond belief.."
Of course he was talking about the king's army, and whoever would be leading it.
"Lennox I might need you to slap me back to reality if I freak out."
His hands tightened around his horse's reigns. -
Lennox solemnly nodded. "Don't worry. We have a secret weapon also." She smiled, sadistically- motioning to Myv. That no doubt would scare their opposing force. Lennox saddled her own horse. "Don't worry. I'll keep you sane. I'm going to find Zygax and we can start the march." She moved the reigns and her horse reared, turning to find Zygax.
-
I really want Zygax to smoke cigars but...
Zygax was watching, in a intimidating stance, as a few rookies packed up the last of the supplies. They kept looking at him, trying to gauge his reaction to their work, but his face showed none. He could feel Lennox approaching him, and turned his head to look at her, "Did you check in on your other companion?"
