The tension was thick. Lennox jumped back again, into her defensive stance as he made a quick grab for his bow. "He's not thinking clearly... He hasn't touched me." She said dangerously low. Knowing that they would have experience dealing with Myv's outbursts, Lennox watched the two men. As they moved forwards, the string of the bow was pulled back. "MYVILLION GET AHOLD OF YOURSELF!" She yelled, realizing that being calm and rational was not going to work. Coddling him would only make him more hysterical. "Put your bow down." She growled, now knowing these two men were in danger.

"No! I don't want to go back! What with my father's army, the dungeon of children-killers, and the women using my siblings to fight their way to queen is unbearable! I can't do this anymore- I can't- And you won't make me!"
He let one arrow go, which flew past one of his men's heads, drawing some blood. Myvillion took another arrow.
"Leave me be!"
"Boss, you have to snap out of it. What if Ser Zygax sees you like this? You are always complaining about how much you hate each other."
"My cousin has nothing to do with this!"
His words were filled with fire, the only warm thing in this place right now. snow began forming on the floor, and the frost was nearing his wrists.*Mic Drop*

Lennox instantly went towards the male who was injured, placing herself in between the hysterical Myv and the poor male who had been slightly injured. None of the army would be killed while she was still breathing and near- even if they were Northerners. She placed a cloth in his hand, so he could apply pressure to the small wound- and stalked around Myv now prepared to subdue him. She summoned a shadow, twirling her hands- the entity going to encase Myv's hands so he couldn't do any more harm. As she was moving, he kept talking nonsense- until she heard his last remark.
Zygax is his cousin. The shadow Lennox was creating disappeared into the air as shock hit her. The entity she had created to subdue Myv ceased to exist. She hadn't heard right.
"Z-zygax?" She asked, "Is your, c-cousin?"
OOC: OH DAMN IT BEGINS
-
"What does it matter? They're coming and I need to get out of here!"
He lowered his bow slightly.
"Zygax would never have cared to talk to me.. His parents always 'busy' ruling a part of my father's kingdom, but really, they were helping his war effort. Zygax never knew about any of this. He lived a precious little life sheltered from all this, especially after his parents died. They shipped him off! Father didn't care.. He doesn't care about anything."
The second of Myvillion's men saw this as an opportunity and stepped closer, leaving the first to tend to his small wound. Gently, he loosened Myvillion's fingers, and he didn't seem to notice, exploding into tears and slumping to the ground. Once he got hold of the bow, the hunter threw it behind Lennox. -
At this point, Lennox herself was shaking. He was lying. Zygax didn't know this, he would never be apart of that. "Do you guys have Myv?" She asked the men quietly, wanting to go be alone now. She blinked, everything crashing down on her. Could she marry the man that was related to her tormentors? Did he know about this and not tell her?
-
"Yes mi'lady, we'll bring him back to camp."
"And.. uh.. notify you if anything changes." the second added.
The larger of the two picked up Myvillion like a baby, as if his weight was that of an infant, while the smaller picked up anything Myvillion happened to drop.
"We're sorry miss.. Our Boss is very unstable.."
The two men left, bringing Myvillion to his tent and sitting him in there. they wrapped him in furs and cooed him, trying to make him calm down. At some points, he burst out again, and this cycle continued for half an hour until Myvillion finally stopped screaming, and was silent. What was worse, none of the Northerners could get him to eat, drink, or sleep. The wayward prince merely stared off bundled in a blanket with his back to the rest of camp. -
Lennox couldn't muster any emotion. She felt dead inside. The sun was still in the sky, and she would have to confront Zygax later. Walking back to the camp she waited on the outskirts. She didn't know if she wanted to cry or scream. I could just act like I never heard...? Or, just forget about it. Deep down, Lennox knew she would never be able to forget about it. The same arms that hugged her, the same person who kissed her- they were related to the hands that struck her, the person who broke her. Lennox threw the other bandage she had clenched in her hand, angrily cursing. Some of the guards on duty looked over at her. Lennox stalked off, realizing she needed the night to herself- she could sleep in the woods.
One of the guards noticed Lennox leave in such a haste and knew something was up.
"Should we notify Zygax?" The young guard asked the other. They agreed that on the next break they would find him. Later into the night the young guard sought out Zygax, he was not in his chambers nor the planning tent. At this point he was about to give the whole thing up. Walking back to his own tent he saw a shadow in Lennox's tent. And Lennox was in the woods...."Sir?" He asked from outside, with a shaky voice.
-
Zygax emerged from the tent as someone stood calling to him from the outside. "Yes?" He wondered why the guard, who he now recognized, voice was so trembly. "What is it?"
-
"Uh, I-" He took a moment, "Commander Lennox was seen leaving the camp alone. It's getting quite dark. I just thought you'd want to know. There's also a report that Myv was seen with her in the woods, and brought back rather hysterical sir. The second may be a rumour, I heard it around camp- though, I'm positive you'd want to know." He looked down slightly and bowed before turning and leaving.
Lennox was now a 20 minute walk from the camp. She had found a nice area to sit and think. A couple of the trees around her were maimed from her vicious assault on them.
-
"Wait," Zygax ordered the guard, moving to stand next to him. "Which way did she go?" He wondered what could've gotten into Lennox and Myvillion.
-
"Southern. From the camp outskirts." He said, knowing he saw it himself. "From entrance B." He clarified.
-
Zygax nodded, and took off in that direction.
After a semi-long walk, he found her sitting around some severely damaged trees. "Lennox?" His voice was gently and he approached her slowly, not know what state of mind she was in.
-
Lennox was sitting cross-legged underneath one of the most destroyed tree. Her head snapped over to where she heard the voice. Zygax? Why is he here... He doesn't know anything. He shouldn't. She wanted to puke at the sight of him. Deciding to pretend like nothing is wrong she pulled out the best excuse she could. "Zygax. Hello." She looked over at him trying to keep a straight face. "I was just taking some time to train alone." She said, motioning to the trees. It was a pretty good lie, but you could see something pained in her eyes. Her stomach rolled and she closed her eyes tight to try to ignore the feeling.
-
"You are lying," Zygax replied cooly, she seemed like she didn't want to be near him so he stopped and stiffened. He surveyed the area a little better, "What is into you?" He moved around a little nervously, hoping she wouldn't try to attack him. She was sometimes nearly feral.
-
Lennox's eyes narrowed. He could tell so easily. "Absolutely nothing." She said blankly, now an anger beginning to grow. "How did you know I was here?" She asked, quite snippy. Lennox couldn't even look at him.
-
Zygax dodged the question of how he found out she was here, knowing she would give the guard an undeserved scolding or worse. "There is something, so tell me." He could feel the anger raising within her, "Lennox, I love you, you can tell me."
-
"You love me?" Lennox turned, with hurt in her eyes. "Do you know what your parents help do?" She asked venomously, her hands clenched at her sides. Lennox stood, so she could move farther away from Zygax. She didn't want to be coddled. "They were the ones that-" She let out an exasperated sigh, "Oh FORGET it. Just leave me alone." Lennox couldn't believe she wouldn't tell her that he was related to Myv. "I can't believe I trusted you with my heart."
-
"My parents?" Zygax instantly thought of his adoptive ones, but she had to mean his real parents. "I do not even remember my parents. I do not remember much before I was adopted." He stared to sound glum, and his eyes showed he was in thought. "Even then, I have not done anything, so I will not leave you alone until you come back with me." He moved closer to her, "I am sorry for whatever you felt I have done. I love you."
-
Lennox tried to move back again, her foot catching an uproot and she fell onto the ground. Scrambling to regain her footing she stood. "I can't go with you. I can't-" She broke off, her eyes tearing. "Talk to Myv. He sure knows a ton about your birth parents." She sneered, "Then you'll realize why I can't be near you." Lennox caught another glimpse of his face. Now that she knew, he looked so similar to his parents. It was so close to the one who hurt her. It made her sick. Lennox dry heaved, moving behind a tree to hide herself.
-
Zygax was now even more confused, "How could Myvillion know my parents? They died centuries ago." He let out a depressed sigh, "If you cannot stand to see me, I shall go." He started the journey back to camp, where he supposed he should find Myvillion.
