[justify]It was bloody freezing.
The sun had long since set, the moon and the stars were now out to play. The wind was blowing something shocking and the sound of thunder was present, rumbling through the night air. In the distance there was flashes of lightning, striking somewhere far from the swamp lands. The storm seemed determined to stick it out through the night and rain was pouring from the heavens above, drowning everything in sight. Speaking of things that were looking drowned, the stranger by the border was saturated.
Squinting somewhat through the rain, the striking golden girl was a sight to see. Her fur was clinging to her drenched body and yet despite this, the slender feline was still rather easy on the eyes. She was standing tall on the border, her emerald eyes searching for any sign that someone was nearby. Then she saw it, a flash of lightning illuminating the figure. They hadn't seemed to see her yet and so she decided the best thing to do was speak up. She didn't mind a storm, but she'd gotten here later than expected and the chill was beginning to set in, her wet body shivering slightly.
"Hey!" Her words were loud and clear, the serval having to raise her voice to compete with the rumble of thunder. "I'm Bree - Breeana actually. Bree Connor. Joining."
