    The meeting was set up by Dr. Trevino as a last resort attempt at conflict-resolution. Because Dr. McLeon is her best friend, she was well-informed on the drama eating away at Dr. Sinclair and his fellowship members, so she decided to take matters into her own hands and call for an intervention.


    Sinclair has showed up drunk at McLeon's apartment two times in the past month. Both times, they slept together, and both times, Dr. Sinclair treated McLeon with indifference afterwards. Convinced that he likes her, but is too stubborn to acknowledge it aloud, McLeon turned to Trevino for help.


    Then there is Archer, who sees McLeon as not just a colleague, but a dear friend. He is very defensive of her, and feels no inclination to hide it. He harbors a deep anger at his boss for what he is doing to his coworker, and has been tempted to resort to violence on more than one occasion.


    Then there is Criss, who is often discovered to have come into work, far too hungover to do a thing. O'Hara often ends up doing his dirty work for him, a factor that plays into O'Hara's long time crush on the oncologist.[/fancypost]

    He was recently given permission to assemble a team of personell from any niche of medical or surgical doctory that he pleases. Together, he and these doctors will form the Department of Diagnostic Medicine.

    Dr. Archer for his confidence and dynamic personality.
    Dr. McLeon for her pathological reasoning skills and her cute face.
    Dr. Criss for his anger.
