Back after attending the meeting in DarkClan.

It was a shocker, really. Koda had been promoted to Colonel instead of her. Hell, had anyone else been Colonel besides her? Probably, yeah, a few members. But Oprah had faith in Koda that she would be a good assistant for Mr. O (whom is known as Yuuma to everyone else). Hey, and kf she ever gets stuck, she'll be pounding on my door for help, and hopefully not when I'm getting my sleep.

Heading into camp, she would plop down in a corner, stretching herself out and admiring the beautiful nature around her.[/fancypost]

[fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; color: beige; font-family: times new roman; min-height: 20px; width: 300pt; text-align: justify]Phantom had never really been "snubbed" when it came to ranks, mostly because he didn't care about rising through them. He knew there had been one person back in SunClan that had been frustrated by him sticking with his choice of Immy for deputy and not him, but he'd thought that she'd do a better job than him. Though in the end he'd gone through a few different people as deputy before leaving SunClan to Jericho. He was pretty lucky really, that he'd not had to worry about finding a new Deputy throughout his leadership here, as Horizon had stuck around.

The wolf didn't really have anything to say to Oprah, and he wasn't really the type to randomly approach people and talk to them. He did, sometimes, but usually he had some idea of a conversation starter. He had no clue what to say to Oprah. Still... it felt wrong to just walk past her and ignore her, what kind of setting did he create with that? "Are you, uh, settling in ok?" Probably his cringiest delivery of such a question yet.

Because if he rose through them, he would eventually be expected to have more and more responsibility, right? And he definitely wasn't good at taking responsibility. So for now he was content to hang back on the sidelines and hide behind others. Letting others take the spotlight was ideal.

He sees Phantom talking to Oprah, and he hesitates before going over to join the conversation. He was still very much intimidated by Oprah, less so by Phantom, but both were a little scary. "[b]H-hi." Sebastion says, for lack of better words. Gathering up the courage to just say that was tough!

She blinked. "I'm settling in fine, thanks." Her gaze then shifted to Sebastion. "Hey, Sebastion."[/fancypost]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 428px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 12px; font-size: 8pt]She wasn't into conversation, even now. When she had been younger, it had been easier to talk to people, and to be friendly. But had that all been a facade, to make her mother proud of her? She couldn't say, but nowadays talking (therein small talk) was just so boring. It was much easier to simply observe, and gain knowledge, then to do anything drastic. The vixen, nevertheless, would come over, and take a seat, withdrawn.
