Once more, the molly was lost. Except this time, she truly didn't know where she was because she had never been exposed to the scent of Skyclan. There were trees, which she appreciated, but she still didn't know where she was. Cherrypaw would fluff her fur up a bit as she found a tall oak tree and sat underneath it. The Thunderclan apprentice wasn't sure where she was at all, and so she prayed for Starclan to send her help. Anything.

    Wasppaw of Skyclan

Fortunately for Cherrypaw, Wasppaw was nearby - starclan sent or not.
It was a chilly afternoon, and frost dampened the ground, but that didn't stop this determined big brother from hunting. With prey becoming scarce and so many mouths to feed, Skyclan needed all the hunters they could get, and Wasppaw was more than happy to assist. Thus, he had finished his chores early and asked his mentor if he could go out and search for prey, seeing as all the patrols had returned and the older cats were taking a well-needed break.
Thus, as he trotted along familiar paths, nose raised to the sky and mouth agape as he searched for scents, he caught an unusual aroma of enemy clan. Curious, the apprentice followed the trail to a large oak, where a tabby she-cat was currently sitting beneath. Judging by her scent, she was a Thunderclanner.
Wasppaw had a faint thought that perhaps he should chase her out of Skyclan territory - or demand if she was hunting and to give back whatever prey she had aquired if so. Really, he should act like she was the enemy cat that she was. But, unfortunately, Wasppaw couldn't pull off aggression even if his life depended on it, so with a kind, curious smile, he called in his soft voice, "Oh hello there - are you lost? " He assumed she was so, since she didn't look like she was trying to ambush anyone. That, and with the lack of leaves and white brush on everything, territories and border markers had become confusing to the eye, so he didn't blame her.
