Sonic blushed as well, ears lowering. "Heh... y-you must be really desperate if you prefer my company over Eggman's, eh?" He joked softly

Shadow rubbed his arm and looked down

Sonic suddenly grabbed the side of Shadow's muzzle gently, turning the black hedgehog to face him. "Well, I can promise you," he murmured softly, nose nearly touching Shadow's, "that here you will never be lonel."
He dropped his hand suddenly, as if nothing had happened, and stood, grabbing his guitar. "Well, Shadz, I'm gonna get some shuteye." He smiled and winked at his friend. "As usual, the tv's yours if you wanna stay up and watch."
