She'd look identical to her father if it wasn't for her hair which has been dyed black for security reasons and eye's that were inherited from her mother.
Personality:
She's a calm thinker, quite, and is very careful about what she says. It's not that she introverted, she prefers to be around people, she's just, quite. Anger isn't common for her, she normally only gets mad if someone trash talks about her dad.
Also, she doesn't like to be in debt to people it's like a pet peeve of hers.
Jutsu/Skills:
Water Release
She doesn't really use many Jutsu's. Other than the common clone, transformation, and is working on teleportation Jutsu.
She is unable to control sand like her father but in a desperate attempt to be strong like he is she taught herself to control water in a similar way.
She carries two Canteen Gourds, one carries normal water, and the other acid water, both filled fully.

After dozens of assassination attempts, her parents decided that they didn't want their daughter growing up under constant Anbu protection. So they made a deal with the Kage of the leaf to let her live as a "Genin transfer student from a small neighboring village". For obvious reasons, Yesoka wasn't thrilled with the thought. For starters, she had already graduated from the academy at age 9, taken and passed the Chūnin exams by age 10, and was already on a three man team with two shinobi that were both at least 3 years older than her.
Now she was going to have to start over, in a new village, living off of a monthly allowance that the leaf was kind enough to give her.
But she did so without a complaint said. Being her duty as a sand shinobi to follow orders.
She doubted sometimes that this was for her own safety, "More like a way to grow relations with the leaf" she'd think bitterly in her head.
The kid felt used, for good reason. But she never once blew her cover and never once spoke out of line.
She was forced to cut her long, red hair. And dye it black (the hardest part for her).
Starting now she was a leaf shinobi.
The Hokage himself handed her her own leaf headband, and in return she handed him her sand headband, she did her best not to tear up during the exchange. She had an emotionless face beside her teary eyes. Before the man could even speak a work she bowed in respect, saying a soft "Thank You," and left.
She was Kumo Meso now.
Kumo Meso lives alone on the second floor of some "one person" apartment building, next to a beautiful park.
"This isn't so bad," she kept telling herself.
At least now she had a balcony view. Back at the sand, she didn't even have a window.
Later in the night, she lay awake in her bed, "Kumo Meso, Kumo Meso, Kumo Meso" She repeated over and over. "Kumo, I don't like it. I'll go by Meso Instead!"

PS: (Dose anyone know a better word than "Undercover" for this?)

Mesa where's these instead of shoes. The reason is, she sends faint chakra pulse out of her feet every few steps to detect if water is anywhere below, or around her in a 150ft radius. She normally doesn't like to go where it isn't(weird thing coming from a sand ninja). It's undetectable to anyone except her and people with highly trained special eyes. Reason being, the pulses are so faint not even a great sensory type like her father could sense them. She can only detect them because her feet are unnaturally, highly sensitive. This cause her problems when she was younger, always being in pain at every step. But she learned to bare it and even put it to good use.
