[size=7pt]bayowl is a smaller feline than most, especially for a cat of her type, though she wasn't born as the runt of her litter. but don't be fooled, she's extremely swift and agile on her small paws, and is known to walk with her head held high and dignity in her steps. she carries a strong presence and physically, that makes her seem a lot more intimidating than she actually is.

most of her coat is a rich ebony, the color covering the entirety of her back and trickling down to her flank, though the it fades to a softer shade of gray. her stomach is a light tawny color, riddled with deep black stripes and splotches throughout. her eyes are a soft amber, often clouded with thought and known to be intimidating if her gaze is held for too long.

she actually has two scars, a small one on the back of her left ear, and another that trails across the length of her thigh. both are old and have long since faded, but they still remain to remind her of her idiocy when she was still just a kit.

[justify][size=7pt]one of the first noticeable things about bayowl is that she's not one to speak up often. at least not in public settings with a lot of others around. she tends to seclude herself or quiet down when things get loud or rowdy, it's something that she's always struggled with. as much as she tries to open herself up, she has difficulty doing so and getting to know her can be a bit of a hassle since every bit of information has to be pried from her, even if it really isn't that big of a deal. her quietness makes her more of an observer, a perceptive one at that. she likes to watch things unfold before her rather than be stuck in the middle of all of it. and due to this, she often notices things that others don't, making her extremely meticulous, when it all comes down to it.

despite her quiet and solemn nature, bayowl is a very confident feline. she's never been the type to back down from a challenge or become subservient when fear rattles her bones. she's always carried herself with an air of regality and eloquence, making her seem a lot more strong and bold than she truly is. but even so, her confidence carries on to all of her actions and her choices, shown in her beliefs and her ideals. her assured nature comes from her natural calm and composed tendencies, making her an ideal leader and one to handle difficult situations with rationality.

but with her merits comes her bad traits as well, one of which is how stubborn she can get. bayowl hates being wrong, that's for sure, and whenever she says something, it has to be right. she has to be right. this is spurred on by her opinionated and dogmatic nature, and she has difficulty swallowing her pride and admitting to fault. she always sticks to her word and that makes arguments with her insanely tough to win since she won't let it go or put it to rest on her own. not to mention, she's really defensive, which can be good in some cases, but not so much in others.

[justify][font=arial][size=7pt][color=black]due to the fact that bayowl doesn't go out of her comfort zone often, she struggles with a lot of socializing. and really, bayowl does need to socialize more in order for her to actually be happy. she tends to deny the need to make friends and meet others, but her happiness is fully dependent on her social life. she's meant to be a social cat, and yet she prefers to observe and watch other conversations go down. mentally, she's a very smart feline. she knows her way around situations and can has no difficulty thinking outside of the box. her social intelligence though? not so much. most to all of her intelligence lies in general knowledge and whatnot. as for her temperament, she can handle quite a lot before she can't take it anymore. she knows how to control her anger and her emotions well enough to not let it affect her or others around her.
