anatomy notes for my character inanis
this species is a personal one and i ask you refrain from making one, any extra information can be found in their tags

· age group — adolescent, as such they are still growing and the information here shall change as time goes on, around two years of age is when they will reach full maturity and thus stop growing, features might also change depending on age
· stands around 1.3 ( 4.2 ft ) at the shoulder while body length is around 2.4 ( 7.8 ft ) excluding the tail, as such as they a bit taller then a cave lion with a height of about 190 kg though they are still growing and will end up around 2.2 ( 7.2 ft ) at the shoulder once fully grown
· a cold blooded creature they are a furred reptile by an description though such isn't entirely fitting as they hold mammalian genetics as well, the mix present to make them possible is not entirely clear however
— in terms of reptilian snake and various lizards seem to have been mixed in though it is easier to consider them a draconid of some kind, though wingless as they are, suited to such as they are closer to the fantastical beast then any modern day reptile
— the mammal within them is largely from felines though it seems some strings of fox and canine got through, leaving them rather heavy and broad as they were meant to be an apex predator, though this mix has left such an impossibility
· the rather strange mix shows through well in their overall shape, many aspects thick and heavy where it shouldn't be
— heavy and broad the chest and hips are rather large as they were made to be strong over agile or fast, the shoulders and back heavily muscled though for now it is rather weak as they have no care to maintain such, the forelegs proving decently thicker then the back
— the legs themselves are strange, akin to that of larger felidae the fur tapers off around the second joint and instead hard, leathery skin replaces it, covered in durable plate scales, the feet proving to be paw-like in structure though the toes are longer then they should be, permitting a better grip though they have no pads beyond on the toes itself, the palm of the paws instead calloused rather than padded
— covered in heavy fur, while thick it has minimal length though tufts have grown in certain areas, namely around the jawline/upon the chin, between the shoulder blades and on the elbow and knee joints along with the tail is lengthy and tufted
— the head itself is largely snake like, holding no defined forehead and instead sloping down into a lengthy muzzle, the eyes set rather high up on the head and slitted nostrils present rather then a defined nose. the mouth is wide and cuts back rather far into the face, the teeth somewhat spaced out but still rather dangerous, curved so they can sink and hook into flesh, when closed there seems no seam to the mouth, the blackened lips hidden in the black fur
· these features have not yet come through or are otherwise developing
— curved incisors, similar to a fu dog their incisors are beginning to curve outward and protrude past the lips, thus leaving them visible at all times. this is currently started as the incisors have begun to curve outward, though it is only the beginning and so it is not yet noticable
