Goldenite looked around, "Hmm.." She hummed. She kept walking then quietly gasped, she plucked the yellow flower and ran back. "Chrysoberyl! Chrysoberyl!" She called out as she ran back. When the dark gem neared, she held the flower behind her back. "You'll never guess what I found~!"

She gasped happily. "Is it a solar powered engine with fourteen cylinders that can deliver 80080 Kilowatts of power???" She says cheerfully, her eyes shining with excitement. "Is it SHINY???"
-
"Uhhh.." Goldenite blinked trying to figure out the first thing Chrysoberyl said. Oh right she likes shiny things.. I should've found something shiny.. "Umm.." The dark gem shuffled her feet. "N-Nevermind!" She giggled, her fingers curled around the flower.
-
Chrysoberyl tilted her head to the side. "You sure...? It's okay if it's not shiny, I'll like whatever you found!" She said with a smile.
-
Goldenite's gold specks flickered, "Uh- Y-Yeah, yeah." She nodded her head. "What were you working on here?" She asked glancing at their make-shift home.
-
"Soo... What have you guys been up to?" Fulgurite asked the other gems around the campfire. "IF it's anything like what we've been through... Ha... What a mess,"
"Noiwis hte planntiy BAAAAAAd. Crucked me gmae!" Jeremjevite managed to say.
It didn't make much sense to Fulgurite. "Uhhmm... Anyone know what in the world language that was?"
-
"His gem is clearly cracked" Olivine stated
ooc: i got the pronouns right, right? I don't remember jerem's gender
-
Morganite glanced at the group for a second before turning away. She curls up, holding her knees as she stares at the vast body of water splayed out in the distance.
"Oh! Look!" Chrysoberyl exclaimed, stepping to the side to gesture to the Home Place. "I started to find some moss and try using it to pad the inside. I don't have a lot, so it probably isn't that comfy....but I finished the roof! Now I'm pretty sure any liquid should stay on the outside."
-
(Jeremjevite is mostly feminine, but it doesn't matter too much. She does look a bit like a boy. XD)
Fulgurite looked at the gem on Jeremjevite's forhead, frowning. "Huh, I guess it is... Guess you guys had it pretty bad in the crash." he said.
"Aynd yuuuu?" Jeremjevite asked.
"We, umm..." Fulgurite paused, looking to Olivine. "We had to practically explode the pod to get out. Olivine here is real helpful in a tough situation. All those handy tools and stuff. But after we got out, we had to run for our lives. Some crazy midget was chasing us.She tried to attack us with an ice-sickle! I mean, well, not an icicle. A sickle coated in ice."
Amazonite had been tasked with delivering a message from Larimar to the other gems who had been on the ship. Unfortunately, she didn't really have any idea where they were and Larimar seemed to have forgotten. She found herself wandering through a forest, and had spotted what looked like a crude wooden fort. "Hello?" she called, looking around.
-
Goldenite looked at Chrysoberyl's work, "Oh!" She smiled. "It looks great, I-" She heard a voice and squeaked, dropping the flower and running behind Chrysoberyl. She held onto the gem's arm and peered around to look at the new gem, "Is that the gem from the ship..?" She asked with furrowed brows.
-
Chrysoberyl narrowed her eyes for a better look, then smiled. She turned to comfortingly hold Goldenite's hand on her arm. "Yeah, it's okay." She turned to Amazonite. "I'm glad you showed up! So far you're the only other surviving gem we've seen since the crash."
-
Olivine was initially nervous, but calmed immediately when Fulgur kept their fusion a secret. She actually blushed a little at his compliment; not that she'd ever admit that
-
"Oh, actually, I'm not. I only just found Larimar. He told me that most of the others had survived as well. I'm supposed to be finding them, but I honestly have no clue where to go..." Amazonite told the gems. "Well, at least I found you! It's nice to see some familiar faces." she added, smiling at them.
"yawee git it!" Jeremjevite said, rolling her eyes and crossing her arm and the limp noodle of an arm that had begun losing form. "ani toils cud fix mi?" she asked, looking to Olivine with interest.
-
Chrysoberyl smiled. "You could stay here at Home Place!" she turns to Goldenite. "Could she? I-If you think it's too small I could make more rooms."
Morganite sighs, standing up. no point in staying....it's not like I'm going to communicate, or hold a conversation. I definitely can't fix that gem.... She glances at them for a second before walking down the beach.
-
Goldenite nodded her head, "It maybe small though. I can help with the room." She said with a smile to Chrysoberyl. She looked past her to Amazonite, "You're the first gem we've seen after the crash.. Is there a reason you're looking for them? Couldn't he have just told you where they were?"
-
Chrysoberyl smiles. "Thanks Shiny!!" She exclaims cheerfully, trotting off to the nearest large tree. She summons her blade and swings it, slicing off a thick branch. Chrys jumps back just as it hits the ground so it wouldn't land on top of her. She grins and drags it to the side, sitting on it as she waited.
-
Olivine held her arms up in defense. "What're you looking at me for? I'm not a healer gem"
-
Morganite looks down with a sigh. "I-I'll see if, there's um....a-anyone nearby t-to help." and starts walking along the waterside. Maybe if she was poofed in the crash, the ocean would have swept her away to a quiet, peaceful place where she would be isolated for good. But, she ended up with those gems, useless to them and unable to find the one gem she was starting to care for.
-
"Oh," Fulgurite says, looking after Morganite. "Maybe we should stick together. Especially those of you who can't exactly fight... Didn't you hear about that crazy sickle-wielding psycho? There's dangerous gems out here!"
Jeremjevite sighed, shaking her head. At this rate she'd never get fixed. She was probably going to be some sort of weirdo the rest of her life. Or maybe she'd poof one day... Then again, maybe that wouldn't be so bad.
-
((It's official. Moonlit Beaches cause crippling depression))
Morganite spins around. "I-I can fight!" She says with a hint of complaint in her voice.
