    Skylar Bloom
    22
She is a strong confident girl and doesn't let anyone bring her down. She tries to keep her feelings to herself and doesn't let them get in the way of what needs to get done. She can be sweet, caring, protective and loyal if you are on her good side. If you get to her bad side she can be manipulative, cruel, harsh, violent and secretive. She is hard on trusting people. She is quiet mature but has her moments of immaturity. Her eyes light up when she gets into a deep conversation with someone or when she is looking at something or someone she loves. Sky is pretty down to earth and very open minded. She can be very negative and rude sometimes and is very stubborn. She has a set way on how she wants her life to go and hates when things don't go right. She is impatient and exact. She is sassy, flirty and rude. She knows how to get what she wants. She asks lots of questions and is very curious which sometimes gets her into trouble. Sky isn't afraid of a lot of things and doesn't scare easily. Sky isn't afraid to hit back, physically and verbally, growing up with three older brothers she learned how to fight back both ways easily.

If your character could be at least 22 or 23 that would be great. And her three older brothers had all moved out and during this time her parents are out of town so she is home alone.

  • Calum Walker
    24

Calum is very kind and mature. He is also quite smart and aware, and according to his best friend, he is the guy who "usually knows what's up". He is an optimist, though slightly naïve. Calum, although he is the most popular guy, he can be shy at times.
Calum has become quite headstrong, courageous independent in his character as a result of having no parents. Quick-witted and good at assessing the dangers ahead of him, he has a very strong level of intuition. Though he is prone to extreme emotion at times (such as fear and panic) he never lets it get the better of him. He is good at analysing situations, before then often going on to handle them better than most adults would be able to.

He has a good-hearted personality and maintains this even after being exposed to death and danger on a regular basis. He is shown to have a good sense of humour, often aiming bits of snarkery and dry mockery at his enemies despite the danger that he is in. He purposefully does this because he knows that people make more mistakes when they're angry. He is also pessimistic and can be rather rigid towards people, especially to his adoptive parents, since they keep ignoring and antagonising him, despite the fact that he saved their lives.

He is extremely self-sacrificing, brave and selfless a person, always willing to give himself up for his friends or family. He is also sarcastic and frequently angers those around him with a cutting remark. He cares very much for people such as Skylar. He is rather deductive and extensively intelligent, displaying a natural talent for espionage techniques.

  • So he went to like two years of college then went straight into being a cop? And then now he is taking a vacation? Alright. If you could make the first post that would be fabulous. And would it be too much trouble if I could ask if you could change the picture of your character? I just don't think that they seem to look good together is all.

He squinted as it reached his face. He groaned as got up and looked at the time. 8 AM " Suddenly he realized he was on vacation, taking a break from his cop job. He smiled at himself, brushing his fingers through his soft, black hair. Out of nowhere, a name came to his mind. " Skylar ". He softly said, grabbing his phone and scrolling through the contacts to find her number. As the phone ringed, he waited for an answer. Calum was a bit nervous, it had been quite a while since he saw her.[/fancypost]

  • Skylar was not a fan of waking up early. Especially on days that she didn't have to. She was still in college but now she was on summer break. She hadn't seen Calum since Christmas because he couldn't come up anytime after that. She missed her best friend begging around her all the time. They hadn't talked in about a month. A few calls but that was it. He lived farther away and she never had time to visit. Plus Sky had exams to finish up and didn't have time between studying and classes. She had plenty of other friends, just not as close as Calum was to her. They knew absolutely everything there was to know about each other.

Sky could hear her phone ringing and she groaned loudly. She reached over and looked at the time before groaning louder. "Who in their right mind would call me?" She asked herself. She reached for her phone and looked at the caller I.D. Sky smiled seeing it was Calum and answered it. She laid on her back and looked at her ceiling. "Morning sunshine. Don't you usually wake up at this time? Why are you calling me?" She asked in a soft raspy voice that people told her was very appealing to listen to. "You know it is only eight in the morning right? You know I don't wake up until like ten." She added with a small smirk though he couldn't see it, she knew he could hear it. Sky loved Calum but she did hate how he woke up so early and would wake her up early as well.

  • " Morning to you too. I know you wake up until ten, but I just really miss you. I figured maybe we can meet up soon ". Calum replied, his heart beating faster as he listened to her morning voice. He found it very attractive, and missed hearing it. He could already picture the two hanging out like old times, laughing and being rebellious. Even though he's a cop, sometimes it's okay to take a break and be a teenager again.

  • Sky was glad to hear his voice, it made her smile. She could listen to him talk for forever. She loved the sound of his voice. When she hasn't heard his voice in a while it makes her heart flutter when she does. She missed hearing him talk her ear off all the time. When you haven't talked or seen your best friend in a while it is like going through withdrawals and it is terrible. Sky missed him tremendously. She hoped to see him soon but she knew that he had work so he couldn't really see her.

Sky smiled brightly hearing him say that he really missed her. She knew he did but it was just good to hear. She wanted to see him but she didn't have the money to drive all the way to him, or a car to. She had gotten in an accident and her car was hit pretty bad, she was fine though, a few cuts and bruises. "I miss you too Cal." Sky spoke in a soft sweet voice. "I want to see you too but you know my car was totaled. I don't want you to drive all the way here either, that is a very long drive." She then spoke with a small frown. "Plus you have work." She added. She was about to say something else but she was getting another call. She looked to see it was her mother. "Listen Cal, my mom is calling so I have to go. I will call you later... maybe you can surprise me or something." Sky joked the surprise part with a light laugh. "I have to go. I love you Cal. Talk to you later." She spoke and hung up to answer her mother who was still out of town. She knew that if she didn't answer her mother would have a fit.

  • " Love you too ". Calum sadly said, hearing the other line being cut off as she ended the call. He frowned, already missing her voice. He knew Skylar was joking, but the idea of driving from New York to California would take too long. Calum was desperate to see her. A lightbulb came over his head, instead of driving, he could fly over to California and rent a car. Jumping out of his bed, he went under the bed and pulled out his suitcase. He placed it on top of the bed, unzipping it and making sure it was clean from dust and spiders. He started with his hygiene products, sooner or later leaning towards his under-garments, pjs , and daily clothing.

  • Skylar hated ending her calls with Calum. Especially since lately they weren't talking as much because they were so busy. She had to answer her mother's calls though, if she were to miss them then she wouldn't talk to her until the next morning. Her mother was in England with her father right now so the time difference was pretty big. Sky talked to her mother for a while before hanging up and getting up.

Sky got dressed from her pajamas which consisted of a tshirt and her underwear. She showered and got herself ready for the day. She decided that she could clean the house and maybe do some grocery shopping. She hadn't been eating actual meals most nights because of school. Plenty of nights she wouldn't eat at all she was so busy. Sky wished that she could go surprise Calum and fly there but she didn't have the money. She would get there are like one in the morning though and she woukdnt be able to stay up to actually get to him. She distracted herself from it though as she danced around the house with the music blasting and cleaning. She had a pretty nice body. She wasn't as tall as a model, only 5'7" but she had the body of one. She worked out all the time to keep it that way as well. Sky wasn't going to school for modeling though. She wanted to be a journalist.

  • Sorry if my post are short. I'm sick, so when I get better, I can make them longer.

As Calum was half packed, he decided to take a shower. Entering his bathroom, he turned on the shower knob, the water spraying out of the head, like a waterfall. Stripping of her clothes, he entered the shower, closing the glass for besides him. The hot water began to steam up, probably making the mirrors foggy. He applied shampoo first, scrubbing his scalp until it felt clean. He washed it off, applying body wash next. He scrubbed every inch of his body, feeling better as felt cleaner and smelled better. Calum began to sing, a talent of his he was gifted with since birth. The last thing he had to do to finish his shower was conditioning his hair. He applied the coconut scented product, letting it sit in his hair as he washed his body off from the soap.

  • It's alright

Skylar wasn't that good at singing. Definitely not like Calum was. She loved hearing him sing. She would make him sing for her all the time. Especially when she was sad or sick, she would call and make him sing to her. It always helped her sleep and made her feel better. Sky felt lucky to have him as a best friend. She did have some pretty good dance moves though. She really knew how to move her hips.

Sky finished up cleaning the house. It wasn't hard to clean since she was the only one home and she didn't make a big mess. She turned off her music and grabbed her shoes. She was allowed to take her parents car but only to go out for groceries or if she needed to get something else. That car was their prized possession. Sky didn't need too much food so her trip to the store would be quick, then she could do whatever she wanted for the rest of the day, like rest and enjoy the fact that she was now on break for a few months.

  • Getting out of the shower, the brown haired man dried himself. He once again packed up his hygiene products for good this time. He placed them in the suitcase, grabbing daily clothing and began to change. His idea of the outfit for the day was black skinny jeans, a large grey sweather, and white vans. He bit his lip, smiling as he imagined Skylar in her usual pretty outfits. Seeing her in a skirt or a dress made his heart fluttered. It reminded him how mature and womanly she was. Calum couldn't wait to see her, surprising her with flowers, chocolate , and to tell her to travel with him.

  • Skylar hated grocery shopping. She hated walking around the store hunting for things, not always sure if she had something or not, not sure what to get. It was almost like a guessing game. She could make a list but it never helped her because she would just think of even more stuff to get. Sky liked shopping for other things because the stores were smaller and things were easier to find and select from. Grocery shopping there were more brands, different ingredients. She just hated it.

Sky spent almost two and a half hours at the store looking for things. She wanted to just call it quits at one hour but she really needed actual food to eat a real dinner. She checked out and finally made it home. She was glad she could actually get real food too. She hated eating out so often. Sky walked into her house and into the kitchen. She put all the food away and got herself a glass of water. Now that the house was clean she could sit down and relax for a few hours before she made dinner. Now it was two in the afternoon, time had flown by. She must have been on the phone with her mother for an hour, cleaned the entire house spotless for about three and shopped for about two and a half. Now it was time to relax. Sky made her way to the living room and sat down and started to watch movies, she didn't know if Calum was working or not but decided to not call him until tonight, if he would answer. She really missed him and wanted to see him, if she would have flown there though it would be about a seven or eight hour flight, not including layover which always lasted forever.

Can your character surprise her in like the middle of the night or something? Saying like you couldn't get a flight until the afternoon or something, idk

  • It wasn't until late at night Calum had arrived at the Lax airport. He sorted out all his airport business and grabbed his suitcases. He then headed out the doors, grabbing a taxi to head towards a renting car place. After paper work and giving money, the man finally got into his car, sighing as the day was long. He felt the flight take a toll on his body. He was a bit tired, but he didn't care for sleep. As long as he can see Skylar, Calum will stay wide awake. Eventually, he pulled into a nice house, feeling flashbacks coming through his mind. It had been a while since he visited, and he notice some of changes to the place. He grabbed the flowers and chocolate from the passenger seat, closing his door as he quickly locked the car. His heart was beating fast, and he could feel himself slowly sweating. Calum was nervous. With a one, hard, but gentle knock, he waited for a beautiful girl to answer.

  • Skylar had watched movies, made dinner and cleaned the kitchen. The day had gone by very slowly. She had forgotten to call Calum but by the time she remembered it was very late. She changed into her pajamas of a shirt and her underwear. She had gotten to her bed and completely passed out. It wasn't even that late but she was just so tired, she needed it though.

Sky was passed out when she heard a knock. She looked at the time confused seeing it was nearly one in the morning. She groaned loudly and laid on her back annoyed to be woken up. After a moment she got up and walked down the stairs to the front door. Her eyes were half closed and she didn't even put on pants or grab her robe. Sky yawned and finally made it to the door. She looked through the little peep while to see someone with flowers and a small box of something. She frowned confused before she moved away and opened the door. She peeked just her head out to see who it was since she was in her underwear. She could feel her heart stop and her face lit up like a Christmas tree. She opened the door wide open, no longer caring that she was in her underwear. "Calum!" She squealed like a little girl. She jumped up and wrapped her arms around her neck and her legs around his waist and held him tightly. "I can't believe you are here!" She spoke with pure joy.
