Ok. So, this kid was definitely not having the best of starts. Things were going the exact opposite of what they should have been. And that was plain annoying. He had kind of....sort of ruined a party by accidentally knocking over a torch and-uh.....to say the least....he was in trouble. He hadn't meant to knock the torch over...it just kind of happened with his clumsy self. But everyone else was not happy with him. So, He decided to leave. Yeah, he was running away from his problems but he really didn't want to get in trouble. So, here he was.

Landon padded carefully through the grasses, the husky pup had his ears perked and his mouth pressed tightly shut. He kind of knew where he was based on the smell, but other than that....he was lost. Which was just great.

    uhg.

'You could have watched where you swung your butt, nut-head.' the memory of his sister scolding him made him wince, and he flattened his ears, immediately lowering his tail and head. He took in a deep breath, before continuing in his walk of shame. Maybe, just maybe, he wouldn't be so clumsy and ruin things here. Hopefully.

She followed the scent of the stranger, eventually ending up walking, and halting, in front of him as he walked, hoping to stop him in his tracks and question him, as they did with any stranger, nowadays. "Um, hi th-there," murmured the flower-blindfolded Advisor, tilting her head into her shoulder. "I'm... D-Dai, could I have your name and b-business, please?"

Holydove was always happy to see Daisysteps around. She didn't come out as often as before -- and understandably so given all the things she'd been through -- but it always made her happy to see her out and about. She smiled to herself as she limped over and sat beside the feline, waiting for Landon to give her an answer.

  • [align=center][fancypost bgcolor=;border:0px;width:450px;text-align:justify;font-size:10pt]Astra squished himself between Holydove and her mother, blinking. This guy had a weird energy about him. Nothing bad really, it just piqued her interest a little. "Hi," the child greeted, "I'm Astra." She smiled a little so he wouldn't be intimidated. Though she didn't understand why anyone would be scared of Windclan, it was practically the sweetest place ever in history! Well, most of the time, sometimes she hurt herself, and there was some bullies, so whatever.

  • [align=center][fancypost bgcolor=none; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width: 370px;font-size:8pt;line-height: 130%;][justify]Cherviltea would have likely been one to relate to the other. He had never really been part of a group before Windclan, to his knowledge, but he had certainly been a rather skittish and clumsy kid, always bursting into tears whenever he bumped into someone: he had been that child. A part of him accepted that it was alright to be that way, and a part of him cringed because such had been the past form of himself, and people would always cringe at their own mistakes. Anyhow, the collie drew to a halt beside Astra, canary-hued orbs shifting towards the stranger. The canine would offer them a brief nod, and a smile, before waiting for them to respond to Dai's inquiry.

About the only thing she could relate to them with was running from their problems. Especially if she couldn't handle them, if she couldn't then she would avoid them. But she didn't cause any problems for herself or others lately so she was good. Wondering who was at the border this time, Littlepaw would stand besides Cherviltea to see the stranger. Seeing as the questions were asked, she stayed quiet and smiled as she waited along side the others.

Landon had been quite distracted himself that he hadn't noticed someone step in front of him at first. With his eyes focused on the ground he got almost right up to the other before he noticed anyone there. Startled, he gasped and scrambled back, a shocked and slightly scared look on his face. He held his breath for a moment, and was ready to run, however as he got his mind around the situation he slowly released the air trapped within him and relaxed, letting his facial features brighten up with a small smile. He examined the blindfolded feline with interest, before she spoke.

Name and business. Name was Landon and....what was he doing here? Joining, right? Yeah. Why else would he be here? "huh-hi there! I'm Landon." he started with the introduction, which seemed fitting as more people started to appear. Hearing Astra say her name, he tilted his head to the side for a moment, and with a cheeky, adorable grin, he outstretched a paw for the other to shake. A weird, but a kind gesture nonetheless. "Hiya!" the husky would chime. He paused for a moment, his eyes narrowed in thought. He was missing something. The forgetful canine tucked his ears to his head and narrowed his eyes in thought, pulling a paw up to tap against his chin. Landon stayed like this for a moment longer before looking up to the people around him, seemingly confused. "Wait a minute. I did it again. I forgot something. What else was I-oH! Oh! I remember. My business. I don't run any businesses but my business with you guys is to join? Right?" he the young husky would say, obviously unsure.

"Ah, well if that is what you want?" she responded, a bit thrown off and very confused by the canine. Littlepaw couldn't understand if they wanted to join or not, since they seemed uncertain about what they said. "I'm, uh, Littlepaw, it's nice to meet you" she greeted, as she watched Landon a bit less confused then she was before. She was still wondering how the other forgot what they were here for.

Holydove was confused as well, but a tiny bit amused. Perhaps they are just a little indecisive or perhaps had short term memory loss. It was always possible. "We would be more then happy to have you live here. But in the end, its up to you whether you'd like to stay or not." the medic reassured with a small tilt of her head.
