in this plot, her brother/sister (whatever gender you want) comes to join windclan and, by absolute chance, finds daisysteps, who was just daisykit when they last met. daisysteps had changed a lot, getting stronger and most prominently wears a blindfold of daisies over her now-missing eyes, but your character still recognises her.
your character has also matured, and realised their mistakes. once they see dai, they attempt to apologise, feeling horrible about how horrible they were to their sibling, dai, who was the runt of the litter- but dai does not forgive your character, and ends up breaking her usually timid demeanor to snap and go through everything they've gone through.
your character will apologise over and over but dai will not forgive them, and ends up being very cold toward her sibling- but eventually, she will grow closer to the sibling she has realised has changed, and grant them the title of aunt to her children, which she previously refused to do.
