Takahiro awoke with a start, green eyes flying open. His wings shuddered softly from the tension in them, and he slowly forced himself to relax his muscles, sighing as he folded his wings closer to him. It was a few minutes before sunrise, but he may as well wake up. He stood up quietly, careful not to step on anyone as he padded out of the den and into the camp. He stretched out his wings once he was in the clear, yawning and stretching out his spine as he did so. Then he neatly folded his wings and started cleaning his paws, watching the sky slowly change colors.Tank's dark yellow eyes opened slowly as he heard movement. Upon lifting his head, he discovered it was just Takahiro emerging from the den. Tank could probably sleep in there with the rest of the chunin, but...well, he was a bit worried that his mutation was unsettling to the clan. After all, who'd be comfortable with sleeping next to a cat who's bug-like claws on his chest moved while he slept? The big tom sat up from where he usually sleeps on the side of the camp, dragging a paw over his face.
Illanu limped into camp, a bundle of herbs clutched in her paws against her chest and a mouse hanging from her jaws. She'd gone night hunting for both herbs and prey. It was something she'd always done since her very first day as a genin, and it was simply habit by now. She hummed quietly as she limped along to the medicine den. Perhaps Frost would be hungry when he woke up?
Secmet twitched in her sleep, paws flexing and whiskers shivering. Her long tail trailed into the nest next to her, draping over the cat sleeping in it. It twitched and brushed their ears as she dreamed.
Blank hummed as he washed himself, sitting on top of Eldricth's den. His ears swiveled as he heard cats start to stir. He smiled a bit to himself; time to officially start the day, it seemed. But he'd give everyone at least a few minutes to wake up before he led a dawn patrol.

Blank grinned from on top of the den, long canines catching the light. "Oh yes, it is. I'm about to lead a dawn patrol, if you're up for it." He stood up and stepped off of the den, landing lightly on the fox's back before jumping off onto the ground.[/fancypost]

Poppy was lazing around the camp, there wasn't much to do at the moment, and she was quite bored. Normally she would head straight for any close by water source, but she does have her duties. Therefore, to distract herself, she caught sight of Tank, Takahiro and Delta. She sighed silently to herself as she made her way to them. She sat close to the preening Delta, her own wish like tail swished side to side in a lazy-like manner. "Morning..." She was unsure of what else to say to the three of them in general, she was not much for talking. To be honest here, the only one she talks to was Frost, her brother. So...her social skills were the best.
Frost was barely waking up when Illanu arrived, his wings were sprawled all over the place. His stomach grumbled, he picked himself up and folded his wings in. "Good morning Illanu, when did you get back?" It was too early in the morning for the tom to get angry, or grumpy, so mornings were the best time to ask him for stuff and talk with him. He mumbled to his genin," Just put the herbs over by me, i'll put them away for you. It's the least i can do, you did go hunting, so you must be tired."

Blank shrugged, tail flicking at the fox's nose. He was always doing things like that; brushing the whole side of his body against someone as he walked past, wrapping his tail around someone's muzzle or paw, or- if they happened to be fox-sized -jumping on their back and laying down. It was just one of his quirks that everyone seems to have accepted. "Suit yourself," he said.Tank looked up as Poppy walked over, pausing in his washing. "...Good morning," he answered, voice rumbling it was so deep. It was also slightly rough from disuse, and a few of the legs on his chest twitched as if uneasy.
Illanu smiled and set the herbs down, then limped over and put the mouse on top of Frost's head. "Hungry?" she asked cheekily, grinning.

Poppy yawned a bit, she glanced at Delta and chuckled slightly, the she cat looked a tad funny. She glanced to Tank and noticed small movements from his chest, she dismissed it and laid her head on her paws. "There is a nice breeze. Maybe a swim later will feel just as nice." Poppy didn't even realize she brought of swimming, it was just out of habit that she brings it up. "I might go fishing later as well, bring in a good haul...the fish are gonna be very active today." Poppy was feeling a little chatty today, who knows what got into her, usually she just says a few words here and there, but today was good enough for her to speak more than she is used to.
Frost yawned," Yes, very hungry. I didn't eat much yesterday, i was too busy listening to Poppy ramble on and on about lakes, ponds, fish, and whatever else she yammers on about." Frost shook his head a bit so the mouse landed on the ground. "You seem very excited today, as usual. What did you gather for me today?" The tom in no time at all scared down the mouse. "Remind me later to catch us something nice to eat."

Tank's ear twitched lightly at the sound of a bird overhead before he continued grooming his paws. He listened in silence while Poppy talked about swimming. Then he lowered his paw. "I've never been very good at swimming," he remarked, tail twitching. "I just...sink, mostly."Illanu chuckled, digging through the bundle. "Yarrow, burdock root, chervil, and a lot of catmint. I found a clump of it in and old two leg nest a ways out into the forest."

Poppy chuckled at Tank's remark," Swimming is not for everyone i guess." Poppy closed her eyes, she wasn't planning to sleep, rather she was just thinking of fish. "When a lake reflects the morning sky, it looks very pretty." Her fish like tail swung back and forth faster and faster. She was becoming giddy.
Frost stretched a bit before taking the bundle to rinse them in the back and then to storage them. "Good job, Illanu. With this much dedication, you will make a fine medicine cat when i am gone." Only in the morning does Frost compliment his pupil, he must have had a good dream.

Poppy giggled," Of course, you wouldn't be the best, my brother has the same problem. Besides, what use are pretty wings if you can't fly in the air?" Poppy picked her head up and looked around the camp," Isn't it a tad quiet? Or lazy?"

Cecil's ears were awake before he rest of her. They were twitching around, listening for movement of any kind. Finally, she decided to open her cloudy eyes. Around her were the usual blurs of morning, but she made her way to the particularly bright blur that lead to the outside. She could hear a few of her classmates talking, but didn't listen close enough to know what they were talking about. She sat down in a shady spot and started cleaning her fur. It was all matted from the night before, so she wasn't able to feel as much wind as she would have liked.

Poppy nodded," Good, i was about to abandon today and submerge myself in an all day long fishing hunt." She was joking of course. It would last half a day. Hahaha, joking. Poppy laughed at her own joke she told herself.

Poppy looked up and shrugged," I must be f-eeling quite the ch-otter box today." Poppy stifled her smile and laughter. No point in ruining another of her habits.

Poppy purred," I don't know. I'm hooked." Poppy sat upright, her tail wrapped around her paws. She looked so proud of herself.
