All the monsters of the underground find out that king Asgore was able to break the barrier all along. Everyone finally agreed (including king Asgore) decide to break the barrier. One everyone was safely on the surface (everyone who wanted to stay underground were not forced to go to the surface.) most of the humans still didn't want the monsters free and it started another war between the monsters and the humans. But this time the monsters won due to mostly Sans and Undyne. Since most of the monsters tried sparing the humans most of them were turned to dust.
Unfortunately including Papyrus was turned to dust as he saved Sans from being sliced in half, Papy jumped in the way (ironically) getting his head chopped off. After the monsters won they freely roam the streets, any human that tries hurting a monster with no reason and just for fun (or because they dislike them) could he banished killed (due to how badly the injury is) or given a warning. Other than that most of the humans are kind and nice to the monsters.
So, now the monsters rule the surface, but some of the monster were left devastated from all the monsters that were killed. Also even most of the humans were devastated because there families and friends were killed. But the monsters don't like to hurt humans for all they want is peace and freedom. That's all they ever wanted from the start, they decided to make there own kingdom for them to rule while the humans still have there own. But they have settled a peace treaty between the two kingdoms.

*King Asgore (if you choose Asgore i don't mind if he’s still under control of the monsters for you may ask if it could be someone else)
*Flowey/ Asriel (you may choose if they have stayed Flowey or changed back to Asriel)
*Chara (you may also decide if she is still evil and wants to kill or other…)
*Frisk (if you would like she can still have Chara tell her what to do, but the timeline that this is it happened before Frisk fell down to the Underground)

*You may not be to Op

Form:
Your form must have a picture or a description of what your character looks like and Your characters name, Atk, and Def you are able to put any other extra things like a small back story. But if you have an Oc you must have what their powers are or if they don't have any powers and the normal (Name. Atk, Def and a back story if you want)
