This is the Kylemore Castle. Where the royal Kylemore family resides. In this family is a young princess who is coming of age. Her name is Eliza Jane Kylemore, and she is indeed the beauty of her country.
Your character(s) job is to travel to the land of Panithion in order to woo this young lady to marriage. Only one can succeed in this endeavor, so remember... All Is Fair In Love and War.

  • (I'm assuming you mean what he does? If that is what you mean then, Joseph is most likely known for being a pickpocket and having a very persuading tongue that allows him to steal right under from other people's noses. Along with that, since he's a criminal he has to steal from shopkeepers.)

  • (Oh! Oh yeah, I was thinking that maybe he saw her during a festival or something in that range and only finds himself wanting to be with her not go love but for all the riches. That, however, changes.)

    IC:
Eliza had gone through her normal morning, rising early, going to her private gym, cleaning up after her workout, going to target practice with her father... She must now put away thoughts of her "average girl" activities and give thought to the pressing matter of her courtship. Now, this was only a pressing matter to her parents, as she is relatively happy being single and ruling her kingdom alone, though she does not have that luxury. One of few she doesn't get to bask in. This evening there would be a party where she would begin meeting potential matches to marry. She began planning the place settings and determining the final entrée for dinner as well as the dessert. She handled much of these things with grace.

  • Joseph put his hands up in a mock surrender as a clean looking man bumped into him. "Whoa, watch where you're going, alright?" As the man eyed him in disgust, Joseph's right hand reached towards a pouch attached to his belt. The man was clearly angry at Joseph and didn't bother to give a second look before practically shoving Joseph out of the way so that he could pass. Joseph was just about to say something but kept his mouth shut, watching as the stranger disappeared into the crowd. He couldn't help but smile as he revealed the pouch of money that he had taken from the man. The young man bounced it in his hand a bit before stashing it into a larger pouch attached to his belt. This was the only way he could find himself earning money. Holding a job was... well... difficult. It didn't matter if that job was as simple as being a merchant, he would somehow still get kicked out and back into the streets. He wasn't a rich man but he had what he needed to survive. Joseph, of course, owned a horse. He would say that he 'borrowed' it but others saw it differently. One of his biggest dreams, however, was to live in that castle. The castle that housed the royals that ruled over the land. He could not help but think about how much riches they just had to be rolling in. His dreams, of course, were way too far fetched and he knew that he couldn't live in such a nice place. Then again, there wasn't much to complain about when it came to the forest camp he brought himself to living in. Rarely anybody came out there to disturb him and it was quiet. He wanted more, however. He wanted to have fancy clothing and to be able to roll around in gold, but it was a dream that was just impossible.

Joseph found himself walking down the street, the opposite way in which most of the people were walking. He tried to find a nice spot in the marketplace where he could be able to observe as much as possible. As he leaned against the wall of a building, he found his attention drifting over towards a group of people that were quite close to him. Joseph quietly stood there, watching them closely and listening in on their conversation. He was just about to leave before they started to talk about the princess and how there was going to be a party in the kingdom. Joseph raised an eyebrow and tried to move in a bit closer. A sly smirk spread across his face when he learned more about the party. Looking for a prince to marry, eh? He knew that he had slim chances of ever getting the princess to fall in love with him, but it wouldn't hurt in trying, would it? After gaining as much information as he needed, he left the marketplace, taking an apple on the way. Guess it was time to see just how good he would act as a prince. It couldn't be that hard, could it?
