MASQUERADE MASKS }} o, idea (nighttales please)

She didn't think that her opinion would actually be taken seriously, considering that she was so young and not allowed to do much. But finally, an idea sparked in her mind.


    The cub had spent the entirety of the last day painting masks. Why? Well, you'll see. The cub poured lots of sparkles on the masks, too, because everyone needed sparkles. They dried overnight, and were now ready to be used. But Pastel didn't want to give them to her clanmates, no, she had an even better idea.


    Now the masks were set carefully into a basket, along with a few unpainted masks, paints and glitter in little bottles. Pastelcub carried the basket in her mouth as she trotted over to Nighttales' den, keeping at a slow pace so that the paint wouldn't fall.
    Once she reached the den, Pasty placed the basket down on the side of the curb. "Mister Nighttales!" The Siberian tiger mewed, hoping the Colouredclan leader was home. "I have an idea for you, and I think it would be cool."

Nighttales would add, offering the other a nod, prompting them to continue. They seemed to be sporting a basket, which the Commander would peer curiously towards, though figured that he'd best be allowing the other to elaborate on her plans instead of making assumptions based upon what little he say, as he usually did.

    "Okay, so, a few of our allies have been giving us gifts and that's super cool so I got an idea from that." She meowed, before pulling out one of the masks. It was pink with white sparkly glitter coating most of the mask. "So I want us to return the favor, but in a different way than just goodie backs, y'know?" Pastelcub kept her focus on the basket before setting the mask down. "So, I think we should give our allies these masks as gifts, and as a bonus, we can have a masquerade party we invite them to!" The Siberian tiger hoped that her leader would be interested in her idea as much as she was.


    "I can totally make more masks, and we can let our allies make their own so everyone can be special and cool." Pastelcub mewed. "And they'd all be unique, like our territory and clan!" She finished before seating herself and pushing the basket infront of her. "So.. what do you think?" [size=1pt]spacehere[/size][hr]

A masquerade party, huh? Blizzardclan had held one recently, though that had been during the beginning of October, so it wasn't as if the ideas were too closely tied together. That, and this would be a party, instead of a ball - they seemed similar, but they had their discrepancies, nevertheless. "Well, that sounds like a fine idea to me. When would you like to slate this for, Pastelcub?" The Commander inquired, curious as to whether she'd wish to hold it as soon as possible, or opt to plan it for a particular date instead.

She purred before pondering over the question that the leader had asked her. When would it take place? "Hmm, maybe on Sunday or Monday we could go out and invite our allies, so I could have enough time to make more masks..." Pastelcub offered, thinking out a little plan right on the spot. She didn't think she'd make it this far. "And then depending on when our allies respond, the party could be on Halloween, or November 1st or 2nd." [size=1pt]spacehere[/size][hr]

Nighttales would respond, with a light nod. "Though, I'd advise the first or second of November. I have a feeling that a few people will either be rushing to cram some Halloween events in on the final few days, and others will be planning on resting a little between then and the beginning few days of November." Though, if they found themselves to be a little less busy on the thirty-first of October, then hey, that was fine with him, all the same. "If you need a hand with inviting allies, by the way, just let me know, alright?" The Commander would be glad to visit a few allied-clans, after all.
