The robot lifted the hedgehog and eggman looked at him snickering "not so tough now are you?"
Shadow held her close as tears dripped down his cheeks "eggman....he wanted me to kill sonic....if i wanted to keep you safe..." He trembled
Knuckles ran down the stairs "guys we gotta go!!!"

Sonic growled, squirming and trying to spin dash to make the robot let go.
Tails looked over with wide eyes. "Shadow, come on--!!"
Spirit was about to bury her head in his shoulder before tails spoke, looking up with tears in her eyes.

Shadow perked and looked back "wheres sonic?!"
The robot held him tightly
Eggman snickered and went over the loudspeakers "i know that i have some unwanted guests. If you want sonic back bring me shadow"
Knuckles snarled "its a trap!" He hissed "what do we do?! He has sonic!!!"

Spirit looked around, bewildered.
Sonic growled and yelled. "Don't listen to him! You guys get out while you still can!"
"But we cant jus leave Sonic behind!"

Shadow clenched his hands into fists and pushed spirit towards them "get her out of here you 2....you helped me save my friend now its my turn to save yours"
Eggman snickered "now we wait"

Spirit yelped as she stumbled into knuckles, lookig up at Shadow. "No, please," she begged. "I just got you back!"
Tails watched, ears flat.
Sonic growled and looked at Eggman. "They arent stupid. They wont come."

Shadow looked over at her "spirit....you wont lose me" he looked at her "im sorry but i have to do this" and with that he dashed up the steps and down the hall
Knuckles put his hands softly on spirits shoulders "lets get you out of here"
Eggman smirked "oh?"

Sonic panted and finally hung limp in he robots arms.

Sonic landed beside shadow, grinning.
Eggman grinned and sent the robot to attack them.

Shadow grinned back at sonic "you take care of the robot. Ill take care of the egghead!" He teleported in front of eggman and sent a punch to his face.
The robot shot at sonic

Sonic dodged and spin dashed into the robot.
Eggman growled and shot at shadow.

Shadow dodged and lunged at him, eyes red. He aimed a punch at him snarling

KEggman roared in pain and kept shooting at shadow, holding his nose.
Sonic dodged, kicking the robot with a hiss.

Shadow suddenly gritted his teeth as his shoulder was hit but he kept up his attack
The robot fell back but continued to fire shots at him

Sonic was launched into the wall, yelping. Heckicked off of it and drove his foot down on the robots head.
