    THE UNDEFILED


    "This world is deplorable. Cats...ugh... fornicate left and right, get drunk, do catnip, murder and rape. To put it short, sin is rampant. And respect for the Almighty is undetectable. If you join us, we can cleanse you of this disgusting world and save you. You can beg for forgiveness and devout yourself in serving the one true God, the Unnamed."

    Territory
    The Undefiled live in a small abandoned church, that lies in an opening of a forest. Inside the church is a row of pews, and an altar that holds a box of rosaries. Their claimed territory is to a large rock to the south, a wooden fence to the north, a cliff to the west, and a pond to the east.


    History
    The Undefiled was started by Ezra, a cat born in an alley to a neglectful she-cat who abandoned him at the age of five moons. He wandered around aimlessly for moons, malnourished and depressed, suffering delusions and hearing voices. While wandering on a road, he was hit by a truck and was knocked unconscious, waking up hours later. The first thing he saw through the trees was a rickety old abandoned white church. He limped over to it as fast as he could. It looked angelic, mesmerizing. He heard a voice when his paw touched it's entrance, commanding him to start the Defiled, telling him all of it's rules and how he had been saved to lead this group. And the rest is history.


    Beliefs and Traditions
    In Ezra's first 'vision' from god, he was tasked with a mission; to convert as many cats as he could, and cleanse the world of those he couldn't. Therefore, the Undefiled are innately aggressive, and believe it is their duty to convert whoever they can to their religion. They will steal kits, take over other groups, anything to 'save' as many cats as possible. And if that cat refuses to convert, they'll sacrifice them, believing it to be just.
    For traditions, they only have a few so far, as the group is rather young. First, all of the Undefiled wear rosaries around their necks, which Ezra found in a big box under the altar of the church. This symbolizes their devotion to their god. Secondly, every night everyone gathers before the altar and prays, with Ezra holding a service every quarter moon.


    Rituals
    1. When kits are born, the Messenger will take them to the closest body of water and wash them in it, while murmuring a pray of protection against evil.
    2. When a Servant in Training becomes a God's Servant, they will be blessed by the Messenger, who will wrap a rosary around their neck.
    3. When a outside cat joins, they will be bled to get rid of their evil while they beg for forgiveness, be cleansed in the closest body of water, and finally have a rosary wrapped around their neck (If they're trainee aged or younger, they won't receive a rosary until they become a God's Servant).
    4. Those who can not be saved, and those who have committed great sins will be sacrificed to the Unnamed and their body impaled outside the church on a pole.

    Gender: Male
    Position: Servants in Training
    Appearance: He's sleek and slender and is always neat and clean, taking time from his day just to clean himself 2 or even 3 times, though his fur is short and curly. He's lithe with a thin tail, and has short legs. He has a tiny scar on his right front leg near his paw (the wrist if ur thinking where it would be on a human) and a long one that slithers down his right hind leg. His looks get him mistaken for a she cat a lot
    Personality: A really sheepish guy, he likes to stay inside all day. He's very dependable and likes the person he's dependent on attention all on him, hating when others but into their conversation. He likes making people proud of him, always trying to live up to his expectations, though more often than not he'll be in someone's shadow.

    Name: Convel
    Gender: Male
    Position: Servants in Training
    Appearance: He's big, broad-shouldered, and muscular. He has Amber eyes accompanied with a grayish light and dark brown pelt with a little tan. He has long fur and big paws, aswell as long straight claws. He has 2 scars slithering down from his muzzle to his right cheek.
    Personality: He's the kind of guy that you know will hurt you if you make a wrong move, but you still get surprised when he breaks your face. He has a short fuse and often comes off as blunt and destructive. He trails around his younger adopted brother, though he really is a independent cat, he's just very protice of Teli. And though he might cause fights inside the clan, he is still loyal to is, and will die for the members of it. He sticks to Teli's side like glue and is willingly to die for him.

    Gender: female
    Position: kit
    Appearance: an all white kitten with jet black stripes and vivid ice blue eyes, with scars on her forelegs from being bled as a kit due to her heritage.
    Personality: loving, loyal, kind hearted, compassionate, peace keeper of sorts, tries her best to make others happy and proud of her
    Plot Ideas: she was the daughter of the very first priest, who had her when he and his mate were not married, leading to her mother being sacrifice and her and her siblings to be bled. Her siblings died soon after, and some cats think she's a bad omen since she survived when hey did not, while others think she is blessed by the unnamed and that is why she survived. It's up to you which one Ezra believes, and she will be treated a bit differently for this reason.

    Your application is accepted, though the priest wouldn't be killed for this reason, as the Undefiled would only kill the mother. And I think the relationship between her father and her would be interesting if he's still alive.

    A long-haired Maine coon with a brown tabby pattern. She has hazel eyes.
    Personality: Asuca was once a happy-go-lucky, energetic kit. She enjoyed life to it's fullest, always thinking positive. But after some... unfortunate events that she wouldn't like to talk about, the hopeless kitten became dull and boring. Now, Asuca is much more reserved and secretive about her past, preferring to be alone and becoming a pessimist in general.
    Plot Ideas: Asuca could be a lost outsider, looking for a place to stay.

    Appearance:
    Zelana is a long-haired dark brown and white she-cat with green eyes. She is mostly dark brown with white on her chest, head and paws. Her rosary beads are a clear-green color.


    Personality: Zelana is extremely devout, almost to the point of obsession. She claims that every good thing in their lives was granted by the Unnamed and every bad thing is some form of punishment. She desperately want to contribute to The Undefiled in any in every way, including one day having kits of her own. But for now, she is a bit of a mother hen, treating the younger members like her own kin in efforts to raise them to be true, loyal members who value the Unnamed over all else.


    She came here as a young cat, having witnessed her mother kill her father and siblings. She fled for her life, but soon realized she did not know where to go. One night as she was traveling she came upon the church. She was starving and dirty, but Erza came to her and offered her a better life filled with virtue and faith. She has never looked back since.


    Plot Ideas: Maybe for the Priest, we can say he is on a spiritual journey of repentance until someone wants to play him? And he is out promoting the group? Just a thought.

    Sure, that sounds pretty interesting for plots. I'd also assume he didn't care much about her mother, considering he knew that if he didn't marry her she'd be sacrificed if got pregnant.
