There was once a prideful Empire, the city of Kowareta Yume, with a fair ruler of the appraised land. It was one to marvel, the City that held the best armies, the most gorgeous women, the prettiest landscapes in the world but this haven came with a high price. With the technology advancing in days rather than years, or even centuries, the people of the land transformed to become nothing but lusty, greedy creatures that slayed one another to merely steal the land and the next 'big item' to come upon both market and ideal, coveting what wasn't theirs and drenched in blood to make their next high even longer than the last. The Emperor, Watari Hanso, noticed the change of his people and began to fall into the old ways. The ways of the Samurai and Feudal systems--there, at least, there would be a decline in greed and soon things would balance itself out once again. However, his son, Watari Shinji, decided that it was not the best of his country and revolted against his Father, defending the cherished world he grew to love. The entire city is now in ruins from a personal Civil War--the world that was once a happy illusion for most has collapsed upon itself. A personal Haven is its own personal hell--Everyone has a choice, commit to one ruler. There is no room for error, there is only one right answer in the midst of war.

1--This is Semi-Advanced to Advanced!!*
*= This meaning from 2 or so paragraphs (With the exception of one person) to AT LEAST six or seven, if anything. I need closure sometimes, guys, I'm advanced to uber, I want some people like that, haha.
2--NO POWERPLAYING OF ANY KIND. No one wants to have that one person to be like 'She attacked and then he cried over his wound' because bruh, that's not cool. Don't assume another character's reactions! You'll get three warnings, if you do it more than that, I'll personally see to it that you kindly exit the thread. I don't like being a babysitter but if I must, I will.
3--No Godmodding. You need to be injured, hurt, pained. You're weak, not a god in disguise.
4--Cursing and swearing is allowed, * it if anything.
5--PG-13 scenes. Kissing, showing a little skin, fine, but nothing more--fade in and out when the romance is there. We don't stoop to those levels, we are civilized folk, no matter how mature we think we are.
6--No choosing high positions because they're high positions, make it fair!
7--If you reserve a rank, It'll stay for a day or so.
8--Activity needs to be daily, if not weekly. This thread ain't gonna die on mah watch, nor on appointed admins.
9--Try to make genders even
10--If I'm not in charge, saiumi is.
