DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUTCASTS AND OUTSIDERS IN THIS RP:
OutCasts are usually former citizens (royal or not) and belong to one element (not always thought) and they usually are in Elemental Territories and not really in the Main Land

OutSiders are usually born OUT of the territory and usually are half-bloods (NOT ALWAYS AT ALL GUYS). They usually stay in high-outs and secret, small towns in the Main Land (they only visit villages when needed to)
