@Flamestriker Lazurus is Accepted, and on your question about Sex and Gender- the Form is designed in a way so that if you want a transgender character than you could e.g.
Sex: Female
Gender: Male
or vice versa

And the General Roll of a Boatswain is as Castiel described, They not only look after maintenance on board along with checking stock and supply so that the ship has enough say gun powder, canon balls, food, water etc but also inspect the sails and rigging each morning and report it to the Captain along with on deck operations like weighing and dropping anchor and handling the sails.

personality. Fumio has a samurai-esque code of honor, and he expects similar types of honor from his opponents. He is a merciless and terrifying adversary, showing little hesitation to kill those who oppose him, both friend and foe. Despite this, he's well liked by others for his shrewdness and capabilities of ensuring everyone gets a fair share of the gold. Many of his traditions and mannerisms follow from his growing up in Asia, and despite pegging him as a 'weirdo' among Western Pirates, he's proven to be quite capable of holding his own in unfamiliar waters. Fumio likes people, but the one thing he likesa above that is Adventure. He is always seeking the mos tthrilling parts of life and gets a kick out of combat, choosing to spar whenever he can, in aeddition to gazing upon the sea during dusk and dawn. Fumio is good at navigating waters and chartering expeditions and often heads most surveys into the land, in adition to usually being one of the first to land on a ship and lead the charge. He is a crafty thinker, and one of the few pirates who travels across the world, rather than remain in one spot, so he;'s acquired various gadgets and knick knacks from other countries.

Fumio was originally a fisherman in Japan, but when raised taaxes by the Emperor forced him and his Father, Fumifusa Terada, to almost lose their propetrty, they abandoned their home and settled on a distant island, establishing a forward base for future pirates and becoming a notabl e stronghold. Growing up Fumio had little friends, save for a young lord who he befriended. The two played a lot, but after Fumio left he eventually found himself at odd ends with the Lord, who was now the head of a large prefecture and sought to despose him and his father. After a brief naval war that ended in a stalemate, the pirates and the Lord came up with an agreement. Tired of staying in Japan and bored by their traditionalism, he and his father agreed to begin expeditions to other countries to acquire technology not available in Japan, acquire new knoeldge, and see what the world was like. Eventually Fumio led a fleet down to the Americas, the fleet dispersing and now roaming the seas alongside other notable Pirates, though few are as recognized as Fumio, who recognized the Dog eat dog world of the Western Pirates amd quickly established his dominance by sinking two rival pirate ships. Fumio decided to stay in the Americas for a while and established a small independent base in an unnamed island,in addition to also frequenting the larger ports that are Safe Havens for Pirates.

Mermaids are allowed to have a Human Form but they must have an item with them that connects them to the sea so that they can change from Mermaid to Human and vice versae, for instance my character Sol wears an Opal bracelet on her right wrist at all times.
