We will be timeskipping soon to when Gingerstar picks a new Chief & two new Assistants. After the meeting is over, the funeral will be held for her. There will also be a funeral for Cloudyskies. How did she die, you ask? Foxes attacked, and she died protecting her Clan bravely. Gingerstar was close to loosing a life, but hung in there. Also, Chana, a loner for a plot, is coming to the Clan to get treated. Omen will be found soon. Starting with the description, the Clan is surrounded by a lush, green forest. It is hidden within it, so it makes TwoLegs harder to find, and predators usually don't go as far in. When you find the camp, there is a large, deep pool of water just on the outside of it. A waterfall, which is over the entrance, created the pool. The entrance is located very high, so predators cannot get in. They have to climb some vines to get in. Once at the right spot, there is a gaping hole in the center. Now, it's not as large as you think. It can fit the biggest Clan cat, but not anything like a fox, though it could get in. But, now back to the forest. The forest is almost like a jungle, but it isn't. The hunting grounds are on the right side of camp, where luscious prey is hidden. On the left, there is another cave, but a smaller one. It is where the cadets go and train, and it is called "Cadet Cave." Now onto the camp. Inside of the OpalClan's camp, there is a large playground inside. It consists a lot of rocks, and I know this may sound boring. But let me tell you, it is just so fun! Near that area is where crystals are found. The Miners will collect them, in order to make fancy jewelry and decorations. In the walls, the Miners and Mechanics carved out a place for all the dens. Located farthest from the entrance is the Chiefs' den. On the left, farther from the Chiefs' den to give them privacy, is the Assistants' den. On the right side of the Chiefs' den is the Mother's den. All the rest of the dens are scattered about.[/fancypost]

She had ran away from her TwoLeg home, and after a few moons, she came across the forest. Shocked, she decided to call it her home. After remembering the stories of the Clans in the forest, she decided to make her own. Gathering all the cats she could get, she renamed herself Opalstar, and named the Clan OpalClan. Taking on a mate, who became Owlstar, they had kits. Soon enough, one of their kits, Gingerkit, became a worthy leader, and now leads the Clan.[/fancypost]

OpalClan believes in the CrystalSkies. They are the light and the good of OpalClan, and give omens and good deeds for the Clan. It was named this because when Owlstar and Opalstar died, crystals appeared in the skies. But, of course, there is always a dark side. It is called CaveGrounds, as to that there is a gaping hole in the back of the cave. All evil cats go there, and if they fall in, do not return. Second and last of all: OpalClan does traditions. Every full moon, they celebrate their life with games and fun. Afterwards, they praise CrystalSkies, and the Chiefs usually pick a new (if needed) Chief and (if needed) a Assistant as well. Stories are usually told by the Seniors of life when OpalClan first started. Every half moon, all medicine cats go to a crystal like pool called: "Jewel Pool." They find out things from CrystalSkies, and share news with the ancestors.[/fancypost]

His eyes darted back and forth as he awaited for something to do. This tom needed badly to stretch out his legs, but he couldn't go out without a task. Why, you may ask. Well, Paletail used to be in a relationship but after a while it got abusive. The loner that he still is kind of attached to, despite his abusive ways, was out there and he didn't want run into him. The loner, whose name was Krush, was very possessive over Paletail, even though they were no longer together.

Ridgewood was sitting up, watching the clan stir awake. The tom licked down his chest fur, before stretching out his muscles. His claws flexed out before he stood, and grabbed a small mouse. He took a small bite, before kind of pushing it out of the way. He wanted to share it, as it seemed like he never ate all of his prey in the morning.

Glowpaw was still sleeping. She didnt have much to do, so she chose to get some more sleep. Her ears twitched as she slowly awoke. She dragged herself out of her nest, and out of the den, before she looked for some type of interaction. She wanted to do something, but then again she was really tired. Morningdew stirred in her nest, a bunch of herbs and mixtures all around her. She tried making a new mixture but it wasn't a success. With a small yawn the young feline opened her bright blue eyes. Just by looking at them you would feel you would be frozen. Bright white pelt shone from the bright lights given by the crystals, making her seem like she was glowing. Morningdew was indeed a doctor, one of the highest ranks to be ever achieved. A gentle purr rumbled in her throat before padding outside of the cavern. It was quite roomy, a place for her and her cats to sleep, another to store herbs, and lastly one for the ill. She would have to thank the miners for making the extension for a herb storage room. As she walked outside the den, she went straight for the prey. It was tiring watching over the many cats she help teach.

It was just now that she was almost able to get her full name, she realized how kind and sweet the tom was to her.

The tom looked up from his small bit of prey, looking at Locustwind. "Hello, Locust. I slept fairly well. How about yourself?" Ridgewood asked, giving a rather handsome smile, that showed his teeth slightly. He pushed the mouse towards her. "Would you like the rest of this? I've definitely had my share." The assistant meowed, his tail lashing against the ground.

A tall, beautiful she-cat lay in her den, tears brimming her eyes. Her mother had died last night, and they were having the funeral today. Getting to her paws, it was like Owlstar's death all over again. Fixing her posture, she hoped she didn't seem all messed up and sad. Shaking her head, she padded out of her den, her eyes trailing to her brother. Changing his gaze, she saw the concern pass his face. Clearing her throat, her voice sounded hoarse; even to her. "Everyone gather below Crystal-Rock. There is something you must know." The leader, known as Gingerstar, walked over to the rock, jumping onto it.

Blackstream spotted his older sister coming out of her den. He noticed she looked horrible. His heart jumped when Opalstar didn't come out. Turning back to Glowpaw, he heard Gingerstar's hoarse call. "How about after the meeting?" He asked, already rushing towards Crystal-Rock. What happened to mama?

His blue optics scanned the camp, trying to see who was up before heading to the fresh kill pile, despite not planning on eating. Fallowpaw never really ate much, but he didn't mind much since he never really felt too hungry most of the time. The tom's tiny paws padded over to the prey, his mouth watering slightly at the smell of mouse and squirrels. The apprentice had always loved to have squirrels and mice to eat, they were his favorite. he looked at the pile of prey and padded out, thinking that there can never be enough prey. He knew that he was a miner cadet, but Fallowpaw wanted to be a knight or something with a bit more hunting involved to make life interesting. Fallowpaw knew that his mentor would look for him, but he hoped only for the best outcome.}

[fancypost bgcolor=; width: 200; border: none;][justify]mintpool had been up early. she would have preferred to sleep, but the death of their previous leader haunted her thoughts, as if opalstar's corpse were dancing before her eyes. she hadn't felt too attached to that leader, of course, and was not on a personal level with her - unlike the other physicians. but something about the unexpected death was disturbing. she wondered if anyone else felt the same.
unlike a majority of these beautiful she-cats, mintpool definitely was not among them. she was far from pretty, let alone elegant and without a flaw. she assumed that right now, she looked like a ghost from h-ell. fur matted, the expression of a dead cat, hollow eyes. who wouldn't veer away from her while she looked like this?
the tortie female usually liked to stay hopeful in tough situations, but this was different. when the presumably new leader called attention to the clan, she wondered skeptically how gingerstar already earned her new leader title.
shaking out her fur, mintpool padded silently over to where the clan cats were gathering. she wheezed and held back the series of coughs that threatened to bubble up in her throat. she sniffed loudly and tried her best to keep her breathing quiet. her disease never helped her at the least.
