Well when I first joined, I didn't have much knowledge in genetics, so I just called her a tortoiseshell -shrugs- But you've been calling her a Torbie, so I'm confused =P Anyway, here's a picture ...

yes, she is a torbie calico :)
female kits: torbie, tortie, brown tabby, black, brown tabby/white, black/white.
male kits: brown tabby, black, red tabby, or any of those with white.
Is this good or do you need more?
