She couldn't say she was too pleased to be leading a patrol because, frankly, she hated the dealing of it, but she simply had decided to keep her mouth shut and follow there orders given to her from the deputy. She blew out a quiet sigh as she moved farther into the forest and farther away from camp, keeping her ears and nose open for any sounds or scents of anything.

    IC: Blackpool followed behind her silently. A small smile on his muzzle as he took in the scents of the forest. The leaves in the trees were slowly changing from green to golden-orange, and swished when the wind blew through them. He kept his sensesalert for any signs of prey.

    Logpaw quite frankly sucked at hunting. She always jumped too far away from her prey. Only a few select times would she be lucky enough to even catch something by its tail. Still, she needed to hunt for her clan. She had to at least try since she was assigned to that task. The brown tabby couldn't help but sigh as she searched for any scent of prey. What she really wanted to try to catch was a snake, or maybe a lizard. She had never tried a reptile before, and she wanted one before leafbare.
