Tyllie was taken back by the blunt response. "Oh, please, I just need some food. It's been a long while since my last meal and I'm ever so clumsy with my traps!" She said begging. She was still holding onto that dagger. She couldn't tell how this would end up.

  • Imra walked over to Tyllie and inspected her as if she was a prized pig at an auction. Her red eyes were filled with disappointment. "A ranger who is clumsy with traps? That's very suspicious. Tell you what, I will make you a deal. My breakfast is missing. I feed you, and you feed me." The ranger was disgusted by those words, but she was hungry....

Tyllie blushed nervously at her comments. She did make herself sound pretty useless. "W-Well I am a pretty good shot.." She said in her defense. She listened further, and took in the offer. "Maybe if I had something to eat I could be a little more focused." She said, stilling running the offer through her mind. "Okay. Give me a bite to eat and I'll set some traps." She said finally.

  • Imra giggled and shook her head. "No no no, I'm not talking about you hunting for me." She put a hand on Tyllie's cheek and stared into her eyes. "I need.... a different kind of food." Her lips were inching towards the half-elf's neck. Oh, gods, she smelled wonderful....

    -yes-

Tyllie took a step back, noticing the other woman's lips were hiding long fangs. "Uh.. N-Now that I think of it, I'm not hungry anymore. I'll just be on my way." She said before turning to run away from the strange request.

  • As the half-human rejected her, the vampire felt a huge uproar of rage. How dare this bitch reject someone of higher birth! Imra snarled and chased Tyllie down. She grabbed her arm, but suddenly just stopped. No, this wasn't right. Imra let go of Tyllie and shyed away from her. "Oh gods... I'm so sorry. It's this fucking curse. I'm losing control of my urges...."

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 425px; text-align: justify; font-size: 9pt; line-height: 1.4; text-transform: lowercase]

Tyllie squealed, scared to death, when Imra grabbed her arm and tried to pull it away. It easily became free when the other girl loosened her grip, and Tyllie kept running. She didn't know those people, and didn't trust her apology. Those fangs were real and so was the threat. And that snarl. That was inhuman!

  • Adalynn was still lying down on the ground; she wasn't fully awake yet. Her eyelids were half open and she stared off into space with a sleepy look. She idly listened to the conversation going on between a couple of the other party members. Wait... one of the voices she didn't quite recognize, who did it belong to? Adalynn slowly moved into a sitting position, yawning softly as she stretched her upper body muscles. She opened her eyelids fully and looked at the spot where she originally heard the voices. No one was standing there, so where did the people who were talking go to?

Adalynn heard a terrified squeal in the distance; if she wasn't fully awake earlier, she was now. She immediately jumped to her feet and her bright red eyes looked towards the source of the screech. There was movement; someone was running away from a dark figure. She squinted to see the figure more clearly, is that Imra? Yes, that was definitely her, so what did she do to that person who is now running away in terror? Adalynn needed to find out what was happening currently. She began to speedily approach Imra, and there was no sound of clanking metal as she moved since she was currently wearing her basic clothing instead of her combat armor.

  • "I'll... I'll track her down. I know what it's like to be hungry and alone for the night." Rin admitted, scratching the back of her neck sheepishly. Rin grabbed a loose bag of hers and tossed a chunk of bread with some dried meat in it. Rin was planning on having it for along the night, but knew she could probably buy some more provisions in the next town. Rin slipped in a flask. Maybe she'll need a drink after the scare Imra gave her... Rin thought. Besides, she might need a drink herself. What was she thinking, chasing after some stranger?

Tyllie ran further into the woods, only stopping when she realized she was completely lost. She didn't know what direction she was headed. She stopped and sat down with her back against a tree, and opened her large satchel to look for her blanket. It was a bit chilly tonight. She was still shaking, but not from the temperature, from that horrifying creature that tried to attack her. Those fangs.. The pale skin.. That snarl.. What was she?

  • Imra followed Rin as she went off to look for the half human. "Can I help you find her? I'm good at tracking. (Not to mention I can still smell her)."

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 425px; text-align: justify; font-size: 9pt; line-height: 1.4; text-transform: lowercase]

Tyllie stood up and looked around. She started to get familiar with the setting, and started walking again in the direction she believed would take her further away from Imra. She was accidentally going towards them, instead.

  • Imra guided Rin towards the runaway through a combination of tracking her footprints and her smell. After a while, she saw Tyllie through the trees and pointed her out. "Here, this might help. Just hold me." Imra transformed into a small lynx.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 425px; text-align: justify; font-size: 9pt; line-height: 1.4; text-transform: lowercase]

Tyllie saw another person through the trees and started towards them. "H-Hello? Is someone there?" She asked curiously. "There's a monster back there. I think it's following me. I-Is there a village nearby?" She said approaching the stranger.

  • Rin held Imra in her lynx form. "Yeah. I kind of feel... bad I guess, for when my friend scared you off. You see she was just turned this afternoon after we met this goddess for some quest. It all makes sense in context." She said, shaking her head. "My name's Corrinne. I've had some rough nights before and I know it's not pretty. So, here." Rin said. She set Imra down for a moment to take off the bag. Rin tossed the bag with bread and dried meat to Tyllie.

  • Ooc: I really like the D&D version of vampires because they can turn into any predatory animal. Actually I'm honestly kind of disappointed that we didn't get a bard... hmm....

Imra the kitty walked over to Tyllie and plopped herself down next to her leg.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 425px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 1.4]

Tyllie just managed to catch the bag of food before actually realizing what this Corrinne was the the person she had spoken to before being attacked. "what- so you're? Where's? What was that back there?!" She asked, nervous that the monster might jump out at her again. This was so confusing for her. She was new to exploring the lands, and had never seen anything like Imra. She saw the cat lay next to her and was only more confused. Where had it come from? Why did an adventurer like Corrinne have a cat? The laziest of pets.

  • Rin looked her up and down again. "I'm guessing you're new to all this? Haven't travelled too much?" She asked. Despite being a couple of years younger than Tyllie, Rin had spent most of her life travelling. Travelling, learning, and drinking. She took out her flask and took a quick sip. "Her name is Imra and she's a vampire. Like I said earlier, she was recently turned so it's very new to her... being a vampire." Rin explained.
