• Trevor, Trevor, Trevor. He had a tiny bit of penchant for majorly failing when it came to showing his face. However, the young tom was completely set on sticking around this time. He'd been traveling too much and he just needed as well as wanted to be home in the Rebellion of Terminus. With those thoughts rushing through his mind, he made his way away from the tree he'd slept under, picking up his gold vest as he did so. Trevor carefully approached the entrance with a soft smile adorning his features as he called out, "Hey, Trevor Moran Wraith-Gaudius here. I believe that I'm done with aimless wandering for quite awhile and I'm ready to stay home, help out around here some more."

Leo, once again, was quite behind in who was who and what they were doing in the Rebellion. He knew Evergreen but that was about it - of course, that was assuming that everyone else he knew was no longer around. Anyways, the mere fact that he barely knew anyone was quite pathetic considering that he was a social butterfly and craved interaction with others. Suppressing a tired yawn, he made his way over to see what was going on, his eyes resting on each member in turn before finally settling upon the returning member. At first, Leo didn't think much of him, but soon his eyes flashed with instant recognition.

"Trevor?" Leo muttered to himself, his pink eyes wide with both hope and confusion. Was he really back or did Leo mistake him for someone else; he didn't hear the guy introduce himself, after all. If it were the latter, it would be highly embarrassing, but that was the last thing going through the blonde feline's mind. He hesitated, unsure of what to do, before deciding to trust his instincts and hope for the best. That was what he had always done for the past couple of days and so far, it worked quite well. For the most part. "Welcome back! Do you remember me? It's okay if not, I don't mind reintroducing myself!" The ex-chief enforcer continued in a cheerful tone of voice, a friendly smile quickly forming on his face. He was more than happy to see someone he knew back, he was afraid that it might get awfully lonely if he didn't succeed in making friends with the newer members.

    / MY SON...MY EVERYTHING

vandead, sadly, had not met any of the children he had with evergreen before he died. therefore, when he padded up all perky like he usually did, he hadn't recognized the tom. hopefully trevor at least knew his name. " yaho~! welcome back to the rebellion! i'm vandeadcarnival, nice to meet you, trevor. " the co-boss would say, grinning, with a flick of his tail - he sat down. they had a good amount of joiners lately,,, that was exciting!

my son. my son was home! maybe everyone else would come back too! pushing past the crowd gathered, i flung myself forward and aimed to embrace trevor, tears coming to my eyes. " oh, my baby boy, you've come home! "
i whispered, ducking my head to further hug him.

The post was edited 1 time, last by EVERGREEN W. ().

  • Epi followed behind the crowd, ducking beneath legs and bodies to get a good look at the rejoiner. He, obviously, had not had the pleasure of meeting the kitten. He blinked at him blankly, then gave a shrug. "Hey."

  • Trevor's smile was as bright as ever as the group gathered around, purring with everything he had when Leo entered his vision and then, Evergreen, his mother soon after. The name Vandeadcarnival was one he'd heard so many times, the name of his father. Now, Trevor could finally place the name to a face. "Alright, rapid fire answer style. It's awesome to meet all of the new people here and to reunite with the ones I already know. Unfortunately, I didn't do anything as exciting as meeting giant beasts or solving mysteries, I just wanted to get to know the world a little more. Leo and Mom, I'm so glad to see you two again. Vandeadcarnival, it's a pleasure to meet you. I-I'm your son," the black furred tom replied.

/ evergreen is gone now,,, but i'm still here lol & i might as well reply to this

his son? the tom blinked a few times. well if that was the case...he had never seen trevor before. that made him very sad, honestly, that he wasn't there for him. hopefully he didn't hate him...vandead thought that would be horrible. the first thing he thought of was that he could try to make up for it. " really...? i-it's really nice to meet you, trevor! " he said, albeit slightly nervous. he wanted to hug him...but wasn't sure if he should.

  • Trevor gave a slow nod as confirmation, trying to keep tears from falling. That was a lost battle though and the joyful tears fell as he carefully stepped towards Vandeadcarnival, aiming to give his father a hug. "It's really nice to meet you too, Dad. I thought I'd never get the chance, but now, here we are," the young tom chuckled towards the end. There were so many words that Trevor could have used in this moment, however they all would have meant the exact same thing: he was happy, overjoyed in fact.

  • Whitekit padded forward, blinking at the returner. "Hello mister, my name is Whitekit," the disabled kitten said softly. He made sure his head was tilted toward the newcomer the most. He wanted to keep his good ear on the entire conversation, so he could hear everybody...but that was rather difficult. Everybody was scattered around and it was anxiety inducing to be surrounded by noise when he could only hear out of one ear. But he'd been growing accustomed to the larger crowds, so was thankfully adjusting to that. He was, also, learning to read lips.
