separated from her maddened father at an early age, she was raised primarily by her mother. they moved village to village, never stopping for a month in the same place in fear of being hunted or tracked down. this created Robin to keep to herself, afraid of what would happen to her an her mother if she gotten close to others. at first, she wasn't sure on what she and her mother was running from. her mother told her, months after her birth, her father, a dragon, was captured and tortured mad. turned into a war machine, killing and cutting anything in his path by human forces desperate to win a long generational war against each other. for the fear of her and her daughters safety, they ran. her father made it known that he would hunt for them til he found them. she feared for the same fate. in fact, both parents were dragonkin, which included of course, Robin. after this, Robin was taught how to fight and became as a formidable fighter. when she came of age, her dragonic powers unleashed and was trained into using her dragonic powers in battle, if not to hunt. all the training in the world would not stop what had ended up to be. at the edge of their country, the father's army forced cornered them in a port town. a battle unleashed, and her mother fell with a fight. Robin acted as one of the dead as she saw her mother be dragged away into the hostage cart and never saw her again. with tears and feeling like she could have done something to save her mother from her fate, she fled into the other country, creating a mountain home for herself, and stayed as a dragon set in a stone home, training to overthrow her father.
