Where the hell was her sister at, and why did she feel like something was really off around her. Even her shadows weren't cooperating, and she worried about suiting up just incase they consumed her. She didn't want to start attacking civilians, whether they were from her city or someone else's city. They were innocent and they didn't deserve to have someone with powers suddenly attacking them for no known reason. "Ashley where have you gone this time?" She wondered as she circled back towards the park. It wasn't hard to tell where it was, because the fight still seemed to be going on. She was half tempted to join in, if only for the simple fact that she needed to take her anger out on something. That wasn't happening though, because she didn't want to lose control of her shadows and start fighting the wrong person. And while she was perfectly capable of fighting with the assortment of weapons she constantly carried on her, her suit came from being made of her shadows, which would only complicate things further if they did consume her. So she was stuck sitting and just watching as a spectator how the fight turned out from the rooftop, siting down and watching below. It wasn't all that interesting. Did it really take that many heroes to fight one guy? Didn't Batman fight a million of them AND the Joker and win most of the time within no time? Either Batman was crazy strong, or these guys didn't know what they were doing. [/fancypost][/fancypost][/fancypost] |

The feeling was... strange to say the least. Her heart warmed and she felt her smile grow to know that at least one person didn't find her annoying. It wasn't like she wanted to ramble all the time, it just happened because she tried to explain herself so that no one got upset or she did it when she was nervous. In this case, it was for both reasons. Though it seemed to have succeeded for once, and Ashley felt relatively accomplished. While he didn't look like any normal person, she knew she was not a person to have any right to judge anyone else. She was just Ashley Hale, the typical blonde girl who tended to make people think she was a 'dumb blonde' which was hardly the case. It was just easier to go along with the term she was coined as than to argue with them to prove she was not, in fact, dumb. The sincerity of the apology struck her dumb, however. Her mouth even gaped open slightly, eyes wide in surprise. She could not believe that he was actually apologizing to her, when she was pretty sure it had been her to had walked right into him while staring at a cute little bunny that had been nibbling on grass in the park. Her lips formed into a soft smile, having been rather touched by the stranger even if she didn't know anything about it, and even if he didn't realize this was a whole new scene for her. Not flirting with the attractive guy right away had already told her that it was a weird situation. "I'd love to help out in any way that I can!" She told him, nodding her head a bit. Ashley suddenly realized that she didn't know his name, which meant that he didn't know her name. And while she knew he hardly cared to know her name - or that is what she assumed, since most people wanted to get as far away from her as possible most of the time - she knew it was only polite to introduce herself. "Oh! I'm sorry, I've been so rude." She blushed a bit upon saying it aloud. "My name is Ashley Hale," she wasn't sure if she should hold out her hand or not, so instead she went with a small half-wave that came up to the middle of her face and out towards the edge of her face, her head tilting a bit with the introduction.
