Cypressrain sniffed the air, taking in a sharp breath. It felt good to be out on a walk. The dark ginger tabby femme could smell mouse, but she took no interest in it. She'd been a milk-bringer for a few moons, and was the proud mother to five kits, as well as the mate to Rainbreeze. Cypressrain had been rather...confusing and complicated with herself recently, however. She liked to go out for walks more, even after witnessing Rapidriver's death for herself. Cypressrain sighed, smiling. She went right to the borders, even past where poor old Rapidriver was buried. The young femme just loved it. The Clan had gotten over her crime of having kits when she was merely a story-teller novice, and had luckily forgiven her and Rainbreeze, as well as their kits, for it, too. Cypressrain tended to like being alone, or with her family, or with another she-cat's kits, a lot more than she did with other cats. Hence why she took walks so often.

Speckwatcher opened his eyes. He'd taken an especially long nap in his nest today, and he wasn't willing to get up. Astra padded into camp, a mouse dangling from her jaws. Astra had changed a lot since Hailsky's death and Spiderthroat's exile. She was no longer friendly, and had lost her voice soon after she had begun learning how to get it back again. Astra was mute once again, and she only lived to serve her Clan and admirals, like Hailsky would have wanted her to. At least, that was what the pretty snowy-white fae thought he would've wanted. Astra dropped her mouse in the fresh-kill pile and sighed. What could she do now? Spotting Wildgrass, Astra decided to interact with him. He'd lost Arcticwinter, sister to Hailsky, too, and so he was the only cat Astra really even tried to interact with recently. Padding up to the tom (I believe) she sat down beside him and nodded her head in a silent greeting.

Skybreeze skipped into camp. She'd just been to visit Socks - and oh what another wonderful time she'd had! The memory of the sickness that she'd cured and of the day she became mates with Socks still lingered in her mind, of course, and that made her doubly proud to be in love with the tom! Skybreeze purred just thinking about him as she padded into camp. Spotting Wintermist, worry flooded through her. Usually he was with Eveningrunner. Being a former medicine cat now, Skybreeze was worried about him. Padding up to him, she mewed, "Hey, where's Eveningrunner? I thought she'd be with you."

Theodore had secretly been going behind BlizzardClan's back and tracking down all of Spiderthroat's connections since the evil black tom had been exiled - meaning Theodore had been doing it for moons, since he was just a small novice. Now he was much bigger, and much, much more powerful. He hissed. "That's the last of you!" before he bit into the she-cat's throat and killed her. Theo didn't enjoy doing this, but Spiderthroat had put his Clan in peril, and Theo hated that. Triumphant, Theodore padded off to find some water and clean all of the blood off him.

Ivyriver stepped gingerly out of her den. Glancing from side to side, the she's icy blue eyes were filled with wariness and caution. No way did this unsociable femme want any cat interacting with her. Padding to a shadowed corner of camp, previously Mudscar's dark corner, she sat down and began grooming herself. Damien wasn't the best of people to talk to in the morning. His bulky appearance made it hard to leap out of bed with a start, and his eyes would fog as he got adjusted to the light of day. This grumpiness was what most would see from him in the morning and was only challenged by the Lord's morning sulking. He now sat in front of the Sentinels' den, watching with much bleariness as the morning gave way to the afternoon. Since it really was a very cold day, most of the Sootclanners were still tucked in their nest with their eyes shut. Yawning, he noticed Cristine(Estelle) speaking with Horus, a special form of light in her eyes. Damien encouraged Cristine and Horus's relationship; they looked like they were perfect for each other.

Leonmyr was... tired. Exhausted, actually. He had been scouring the fields of SootClan territory for a morsel to eat, as the Leaf-bare famine had only just ended. The animals hadn't begun their journey to return for mid-newleaf, nor had grub worm their way out of their hiding. Famine was always a rough time for him, as he never liked being selfish and feed himself when others needed it more. Guards and sentinels needed food to be healthy enough for an unexpected raid, seers needed to be nourished to be able to use their powers, and the lord needed to be well-fed to continue his rein. Scroungers, well, they just had to have a bit of food to prevent them from collapsing on the hunt.
