[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=; width: 420px; border-radius: 0px; font-family: arial; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; ] Sendak knew he shouldn't pick at his eye socket. He knew this. So he only touched it a little bit, as if still in awe that his eye was gone. Admittedly, it had already caused several problems for the youth, mostly in the realm of miscalculating distances and bumping into things on his blind side. The Galra was currently inspecting camp, sniffing at each cottage warily. Each step he took seemed to take a bit more effort than it should have, but despite the soreness still stiff and heavy in his muscles, Sendak made a point to carry himself with shoulders pulled back and his chin high, exuding as much confidence and authority as a purple baby with dumbo ears possibly could. And he was still a baby - he was so very small for his species, though for the standards of a typical domestic feline his size didn't exactly match his age. If he knew that he looked older as a different species, Sendak would probably be delighted.
However, at the moment, Sendak was completely unaware of this, and also clipping his shoulder on the corner of a cottage. The Galra youth spat a nasty word out before sheepishly looking around. That was definitely something he would have gotten punished for back home. Nobody heard. Sendak blinked his one eye a few times and repeated the word secretly to himself with a growing smug grin. He gave his shoulder a few quick licks and decided to steer clear of housing for a while. Housing could be dangerous to his health.
Nubby tail twitching, Sendak slowly made his way back to where he had come from. He had sort of decided to stick around, partly because this was the only place he knew of that had any inclination to help heal him - and it was working, too, Sendak had noted upon examining himself earlier in the day - and partly because, for all he knew, Windclan was all there was. It made him incredibly self-conscious, not knowing too much about this planet. It wasn't occupied by Galra and they didn't seem bothered by his presence, so he assumed that none of his kind had done what they were best at and conquered the planet. They had probably even overlooked it. Meaning they wouldn't find me here. If anyone was looking for him, anyway. He still couldn't remember the exact reason behind being here. Paired with the fact that he hadn't been able to locate whatever he had come here in, maybe...They would have killed me before banishing me. Sendak found a strange sense of comfort in this, but it ultimately did very little to soothe his worrying.
The child paused, shuffling his broad feet, tamping hard against the earth with his front paws to relieve the jitters that crawled under his skin. He wanted something to do but he still felt awful. That probably wouldn't keep him down for very long, however.
