+YAY 100TH POST FOR TOBIO!!!
"It's this way." Wasn't it? It couldn't have moved, could it? After turning yet another corner and not seeing the building Flight had fixed up for Shōyō to play volleyball in, the obsidian feline began to get angry. All he wanted was to practice his drop tosses--he also wanted to make sure the orange and white Bodyguard wasn't in there working himself to another breakdown, too, but Tobio was far too stubborn to admit that--but now he couldn't even find the place! What kind of rotten luck was this?!
He’d shed the bandages the night before, facing the large, ugly scars that covered his shoulder, chest, and legs. He’d nearly gagged when he’d seen what was under the bandages, however. His fur had been matted and dull beneath the bandages, but he was hopeful that it would be back to normal in a few days. He just wished that terrible event had never happened. If it hadn’t, maybe that cloud of perpetual self-doubt hanging over his head would never have appeared. He wouldn’t feel the need to practice so much. He wouldn’t be piling battle training on top of practice, rebuilding his house on top of that, and his duties as Bodyguard on top of everything. He hardly had any time left to do anything, so he’d been practically nonexistent when it came to socializing for the past few days.
Narrowing his eyes and letting his navy gaze drop to his freshly bandaged paws and the ground below them, he turned around once more, tail lashing as he stalked back to camp. He was really looking forward to curling up in bed and going to sleep after his fruitless expedition. Now he knew how his reluctant housemate felt after the past almost-month. Not getting anything done, feeling pretty aimless? Yep, he was well aware that Daichi had spent all those days feeling exactly like that.
With a rather loud, drawn-out sigh of resignation, the ebony feline finally entered the small town, he grumbled something incoherent to Kasai, flopping down on his stomach to keep himself from punching something (or, in his case, clawing at something) out of anger.

APPEARANCE
Cat
Tobio is actually pretty normal-looking. Tobio is a sleek, lanky black-furred domestic feline with dull navy blue eyes that always seem to be narrowed in irritation or anger. He also has very faint navy blue stripes around his ankles, though they seem to fade away and reappear at random. His right ear has a rather large notch in it, and he's got numerous small scars all over his body.
Kasai:
Kage usually has a young crow with a broken right wing perched on his back, head, or shoulder somewhere, named Kasai (meaning fire in Japanese, I believe). Kage rescued the little thing when his wing was broken in the storm, and now he can't fly, so Kage helps him get around by carrying him until his wing heals. He's basically Kage's temporary pet.
