| [fancypost bgcolor=white; border: none; border-bottom: solid black 1px; width: 225px; height: 15px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 16px; text-align: justify; color: black; font-family: arial; margin-left: -16px; margin-top: 0px;][b][I]HISTORY[/fancypost] [fancypost bgcolor=white; border: none; width: 235px; height: 200px; padding: 10px; overflow: hidden; margin-left: -16px; margin-top: 0px;][fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 235px; height: 200px; padding: 0px; padding-right: 27px; overflow: auto][fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 235px; min-height: 200px; padding: 0px; font-size: 10px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; color: black; font-family: arial] the history of timberclan began many, many moons ago, originating from the first five clans, thunderclan, shadowclan, skyclan, riverclan and windclan. now, our story starts with a cat that humbly went by the name of timberstone, and was a proud warrior of thunderclan. timberstone had always had the assumption that five clans were not enough; there should be more cats that know of these clans, their traditions, and way of life. he wanted to spread the word to all, kittypets, rouges, even the street cats that live in the twoleg-place. after long and stressful moons of debating with himself, the large black tom decided that he would leave thunderclan and create a clan on his own, and was granted permission by starclan itself and his current leader, redstar. after his departure, timberstone traveled for several weeks until he came across a bone-chilling cedar forest, and even he was skeptical to travel towards the vast expanse of trees. apon entrance, the tom instantly felt at home; it was strange, the way it hit him, although he knew that this was the land he could create a clan within. he settled himself in a clearing not far off from the edge of the forest, and patiently waited for any passing cats that he would come across. it took a while until the first few felines showed up to the territory, and timberstone would explain to them the ways of clan life. many thought of the idea as silly, strange, and even barbaric, but there were always a select few cats that would agree with the tom's idea and join him, and soon, after moons of gathering others and forming a territory, the group was large enough to be titled as a clan. timberstone, proud of his hard work, passed on to join starclan and watch over the cats he accepted as family, leaving the clan to be led by his trusted deputy, greyleap. greystar took lead of the newly formed clan, naming it after it's rightful creator. and thus, timberclan was born. | the main territory is a dense forest packed with tall, dark cedar trees. hunting is frequently done here, mostly with mise, small birds, voles, and other rodents. fishing river the fishing river is a long stretch of rapids, filled with sharp rocks and fast-rushing water. cats come here to catch fish, like salmon and trout. because of the danger of being swept away, no apprentices or young warriors are allowed near the river. training space this small area patted with soft grass is where warriors bring their apprentices to train. hunting is also common here. the pond near the camp is a small pond used as a water source for the cats. it is also used as a cool-down method during the summer. camp the camp is a large clearing with soft coated grass and pine, and dens arranged along the edge. leaders' den the leader's den is a fairly good sized pile of rocks, with a small hole in the middle to enter. the leaders also use the top of the den to hold ceremonies and make announcements. medics' den the medics' den is another large pile of rocks, the inside very roomy for herb storage. soldiers, hunters and surrogates' den this den is a large split between two rocks, and enough room for fitting a large number of cats. trainees' den the trainees' den is a small hole in the ground. the entrance is blocked by a few thick roots. nursery the nursery is a fallen tree with the bottom torn out and hollow, allowing cats to live inside. elders' den the elders' den is a hole under a pile of dirt, the inside lined with soft moss.
