  • ((I AM SO SORRY FOR BEING INACTIVE!!! A few weeks ago, I entered a scholarship competition for a 15 thousand dollar scholarship to a collage, and out of hundred of submissions, I was selected to read my paper, which only the top six people get to do. And I've been super nervous about it, swing as there might be well overy a thousand people present. My teachers have also given me several assignments along with this, and I've hardly gotten any sleep the past few nights. I should be more active now that things are settling down for a week or so before this confrence.))

Gabriel took note to the positive change in personality that Oni showed. It was obvious to him, through her posture, her expression, and her words a moment ago that she was lonely. She'd likely been shunned for years. Normally, Fyre users were killed shortly after powers developed. However, Oni seemed to be around twenty or so-meaning that she hardly had any bit of a life at all.
Those kinds of sad stories were the reason why Gabrief had started playing tricks on the Fyre catchers. He'd long since forgiven Fyre users for little Lucia's death. After all, the man had just been trying to defend himself. The Fyre catchers had pinned him in the alley outside of their home, and he set himself ablaze along with Gabriel's house. The catchers were more to blame than anyone.
"I don't expect you to trust me, at least not yet. Not to say that you won't soon enough. You'll find that I'm a pretty nice guy. I don't fear Fyre users like other people do. I respect them, and I try to stay on their good side- no matter whar, you are still people. You don't deserve to be hunted alive." He added as an afterthought before glancing skyward. Mid-Afternoon. "Anyway, are you headed anywhere specific, Oni?" He questioned, trying out her name for the first time verbally. Pretty.
