it's not me, skull, or even win, apparently.

i seem to have a habit of having my characters step down for basically no reason. i've done it with pretty much every character of mine. arcade was so sudden that i don't think i even had a reason?? i was doing alright with blues but my brain was just like. you are Done. win's. win. that's all i can say. i won't include perseus bc he was more bc he's too smol for that.
